I wouldn't claim they were healthy, as such, not like doing exercise or eating fruit and veg. They do not contain tobacco, tar (and ours have been tested toxin free) and there is no combustion, but to claim they are healthy is to state they actually have a positive effect, and that has most definitely not been proven.
