Working Together?
Philip Morris's Bill is supported by Tobacco Free Kids, who believe safe smoking alternatives could lure children into nicotine use.
Professor Brad Radu, a professor of medicine and holder an endowed chair in tobacco harm reduction research at the University of Louisville in the States, had a different opinion. In a letter to us he stated that:
"I am convinced that these anti-tobacco extremists will eventually be held partially responsible for the deaths of millions of uninformed smokers."
