The smell of roasted coffee beans which are being ground right under your nose. (If that makes sense) It also briefly fills the room with a lighter version of the same aroma, which lasts a few minutes. Very smooth, I really like it.

    Yes, all the staff at Halo that Ive dealt with via phone,email or website have been polite,helpful,knowledgeable and basically down to earth- I think everyone Ive ever spoken with was an ex smoker or using these products, which helps when they understand what I am going through.
