ECIS FAQ's
Q: Why is my ECIS flashing when I inhale on it?
A: Our product comes with a safety mechanism. ECIS will shut itself down for a minute if users inhale on it for more than 15 times within a minute.
Q: Why is my atomizer not working, when the battery is flashing normally?
A: This is likely to be the result of poor atomizer to battery connection. Detach your atomizer the battery and carefully re-screw back into your battery.
Q: Why is my battery life very short?
A: Attempts to charge ECIS battery with other chargers/USB chargers can damage the battery. Over-screwing the battery into the charger will also damage the battery. Do not turn the on power until the battery is properly fitted into the charger/USB charger.
