This product has already enabled me to cut my cigarette use by half and I am confidante that I will be able to stop smoking altogether before long!! That's got to be good after 30+ years as a smoker!

I am a new costumer to this product as a whole and found it a very satisfying alternative to regular smoking. My chest feels better and there are no unpleasant odors in the house anymore. The only downside I could find is the relative high cost of cartridges compared against my regular smoking. ( I got the starterkit + free minikit on tuesday morning -fast delivery- and have gone through 2 king-size and 2.5 normal cartridges in three days time, which works out a bit more expensive then tobacco. However overall it is a good and pleasant experience and I haven't had the need for a 'real' smoke in that period of time, so thumbs up for quality and a maybe for sustainability...
