    could improve shipping time for desperate customers. all is good Response: Thank you for your feedback - it helps us improve! Currently we aim to ship all orders received before midday the same day by Royal Mail First Class, and we usually beat these targets. Most orders will then arrive the next day, but unfortunately a small amount will take longer. Our policy is to resend if an item has not arrived in 5 working days, but if anyone is desperate we will send refills/eliquid before that date to keep them going!
