Vaporesso Luxe Q pods are designed with the latest in SSS leakproof technology to ensure no e-liquid is wasted and your vaping experience is mess-free.
Each pod comes with a pre-installed, fixed coil which eliminates the need for fiddly, time-consuming coil changes. When the coil reaches the end of its life, simply replace the whole pod.
The fixed coils are made from flavour-boosting mesh material with a large surface area. This enhances the taste of your e-liquid for a more flavoursome vape.
When Luxe Q pods are attached to the Luxe Q device, the e-liquid inside the pod remains visible, meaning you can easily keep track of your e-liquid levels. This prevents you from running out and reduces the risk of burning the coil.
Refilling the pod is made quick and simple through the conveniently placed top fill port. Simply remove the mouthpiece and pour e-liquid through the filling hole.
For extra convenience, Luxe Q pods feature a magnetic base that holds it securely to the device but also makes it easy to remove and reattach.
The airflow of your Luxe Q device is controlled by how you attach the Luxe Q pod. Simply rotate the pod to get an airier or tighter Mouth-to-Lung vape.
Each Luxe Q pod is topped with a smooth, duck-billed mouthpiece that fits the contours of your lips for comfort. The black colouring of the mouthpiece also means it fits the aesthetic of your Luxe Q device whichever colour you have chosen.

What e-liquid can you use in Vaporesso Luxe Q pods?
Vaporesso Luxe Q pods are best used with e-liquids with a 50:50 VG:PG ratio.
How long do Luxe Q pods last?
The key element to how long a pod lasts is the coil in the pod. This depends on a number of factors such as how frequently you inhale and how long you inhale.
However, you can maximise the life of the coil by allowing the e-liquid to soak in before using it for the first time, by using e-liquid with the correct VG:PG ratio and by keeping the pod topped up. With care, the pods should last several days to a week or more.
Can you wash a Luxe Q pod?
Yes. Remove the pod from the device, and empty out any e-liquid. Wash the pod out with warm (not boiling) water. Ensure that the pod is fully dry before using it again.
You can also clean the connections out with cotton to remove dust.

Your charger comes with a 12 month warranty.
All mods and batteries are under warranty for three months.
All clearomisers (tanks) with the exception of CE5 clearomisers are under warranty for six months. CE5 clearomisers (tanks) are under warranty for one month.
Please note - these warranties do not apply to the coil within a clearomiser or tank which is a consumable product as below.
Coils are a consumable product, and as such, will be replaced only if faulty on arrival. Please let us know within 5 days of receipt if your new coil does not work.
What does your warranty mean?
We guarantee that your device is, and will remain, free from defects for the period of the warranty. Please note - this applies to faulty products, and not accidental damage (e.g. dropping on a hard floor!)

How do I get a replacement?

You’ll need to return the item (we can cover a free delivery charge). If we are unable to diagnose and solve your issue, we’ll send you a replacement by Royal Mail First Class. It helps if you have your order number, but if not our team should be able to find your order using your email address.
