Drag X and PnP Pod by VooPoo

The VooPoo Drag X fuses metal and leather for superb aesthetics.

An 18650 battery provides excellent battery life, while a combination of up to 60 watts of power and a low resistance coil means this device can be used to produce serious clouds of vapour.

The VooPoo Drag X has won praise for its looks, with a stylish leather finish. The anti-scratch, anti-perspirant and anti-fingerprint properties of the leather ensure that the Drag X is designed to stay looking good too.

The VooPoo Drag X is powered by a single 18650 battery (not included in the kit). This means when a battery runs out of power, a simple swap of the battery means you can continue using it. Batteries can be charged using an external battery charger. Alternatively, you can use the USB-C connection to charge your battery while it is still in the device.

The device uses a magnetic suction pod for simple and leak free refilling. Four magnetic connections hold the pod securely in place. The pod comes with a generous adjustable airflow mechanism, which, when opened wide, means the system can deliver a full-on Direct-Lung vape.

The Drag X kit comes with two mesh coils included. Coming with a low resistance of 0.15 ohm and 0.3 ohm, these coils are designed for big clouds of vapour. Push-pull coil swap functionality ensures that changing the coils is fast and easy. An innovative circular coil design also means that the coil will fit in regardless of the orientation, which further improves ease of use.

*Note: When fitted with 18650 Battery this device has a max power output of 60 watts. Device will output up to 80 watts if fitted with a 30 Amp Continuous Current 18650 Battery (not available from E-Cigarette Direct).

Who is the VooPoo Drag X for?

The Drag X is suitable for vapers who prefer large clouds of vapour and a direct-lung style of vape. The high power range and low resistance coils mean it is suitable for experienced vapers only.

Product Care

Follow these simple steps to get the most out of your vape kit.

  • For refillable devices, allow e-liquid to soak in for five minutes before using.
  • Keep some e‑liquid in the pod or tank at all times to ensure the coil is saturated.
  • If using replaceable coils, push/screw them in firmly but don't over tighten.
  • With adjustable power devices, use recommended power settings for the coil or pod you are using (see box, coil or manual).
  • When device is switched on, only press fire button when inhaling. This avoids condensation in the pod or tank.

Battery advice

Do:

  • Use the correct charging equipment for your device (see below).
  • Charge batteries on a flat, hard surface.
  • Turn your device off when not in use.
  • Keep battery terminals clean. A quick swab with a cotton bud can improve performance and reliability.
  • Keep some charge in your battery.

Don’t:

  • Use damaged batteries.
  • Leave charging batteries unattended.
  • Allow contact between your batteries and water.
  • Carry batteries in a pocket with coins or keys.
  • Expose your battery to sunlight, extreme heat or cold.
  • Allow battery to go to zero charge.

Warranty

Charging Equipment

Your charger comes with a 12 month warranty.

Batteries

All mods and batteries are under warranty for three months.

Clearomiser / Tanks

All clearomisers (tanks) with the exception of CE5 clearomisers are under warranty for six months. CE5 clearomisers (tanks) are under warranty for one month.

Please note - these warranties do not apply to the coil within a clearomiser or tank which is a consumable product as below.

Coils

Coils are a consumable product, and as such, will be replaced only if faulty on arrival. Please let us know within 5 days of receipt if your new coil does not work.

What does your warranty mean?

We guarantee that your device is, and will remain, free from defects for the period of the warranty. Please note - this applies to faulty products, and not accidental damage (e.g. dropping on a hard floor!)

How do I get a replacement?

In the unlikely event you have a problem with your device, just contact our friendly customer service team on [email protected].

You’ll need to return the item (we can cover a free delivery charge). If we are unable to diagnose and solve your issue, we’ll send you a replacement by Royal Mail First Class. It helps if you have your order number, but if not our team should be able to find your order using your email address.
