The Hexa Mini, like its popular predecessor, the Hexa V2.0, is a perfect starter kit for new vapers looking for a fuss-free and easy to use device that provides a smooth vape with a big nicotine hit.

The super-compact device is just 97mm, so is perfect for carrying in your pocket when on the go and requires hardly any setup - just click the pod into the battery, inhale on the mouthpiece and start vaping.

For extra convenience, the Hexa Mini has a simple, buttonless design with an automatic bypass output that requires no manual setting (see more about bypass output in the FAQs below).

The included 1.7ml Hexa pod is pre-filled with Hexa's unique hybrid freebase/salt nicotine e-liquid in a 20mg strength and has a fixed coil that requires no changing. When the pod is empty, simply replace it with a new one.

What are Hybrid nicotine salts?

Nicotine salts enable vapers to enjoy a higher nicotine level with a smoother hit and are ideal for vapers using low wattage devices. The hybrid mix of both freebase and salt nicotine used in Hexa's pods provides a great balance of throat hit and nicotine delivery. See our Guide to Nicotine Salts for more info.

How long do Hexa pods last?

The key element to how long a pod lasts is the coil in the pod. This depends on a number of factors such as how frequently you inhale and how long you inhale.

However, you can maximise the life of the coil by using e-liquid with the correct VG:PG ratio and by keeping the pod topped up. With care, the pods should last anything from a few days to a week.

Can I charge my Hexa Mini overnight?

Lithium batteries should not be left unattended when charging. It is also important to use an appropriate charger, such as the Veho Plug Adaptor. For more information see our battery safety infographic.

What is bypass power?

Bypass power delivers the full power of the battery to the coil without being moderated by the chipset. This means power output will be higher when the battery is fully charged and lower as the battery level drops. See Advanced Vaping Modes for more information.

Product Care

Follow these simple steps to get the most out of your vape kit.

  • For refillable devices, allow e-liquid to soak in for five minutes before using.
  • Keep some e‑liquid in the pod or tank at all times to ensure the coil is saturated.
  • If using replaceable coils, push/screw them in firmly but don't over tighten.
  • With adjustable power devices, use recommended power settings for the coil or pod you are using (see box, coil or manual).
  • When device is switched on, only press fire button when inhaling. This avoids condensation in the pod or tank.

Battery advice

Do:

  • Use the correct charging equipment for your device (see below).
  • Charge batteries on a flat, hard surface.
  • Turn your device off when not in use.
  • Keep battery terminals clean. A quick swab with a cotton bud can improve performance and reliability.
  • Keep some charge in your battery.

Don’t:

  • Use damaged batteries.
  • Leave charging batteries unattended.
  • Allow contact between your batteries and water.
  • Carry batteries in a pocket with coins or keys.
  • Expose your battery to sunlight, extreme heat or cold.
  • Allow battery to go to zero charge.

Warranty

Charging Equipment

Your charger comes with a 12 month warranty.

Batteries

All mods and batteries are under warranty for three months.

Clearomiser / Tanks

All clearomisers (tanks) with the exception of CE5 clearomisers are under warranty for six months. CE5 clearomisers (tanks) are under warranty for one month.

Please note - these warranties do not apply to the coil within a clearomiser or tank which is a consumable product as below.

Coils

Coils are a consumable product, and as such, will be replaced only if faulty on arrival. Please let us know within 5 days of receipt if your new coil does not work.

What does your warranty mean?

We guarantee that your device is, and will remain, free from defects for the period of the warranty. Please note - this applies to faulty products, and not accidental damage (e.g. dropping on a hard floor!)

How do I get a replacement?

In the unlikely event you have a problem with your device, just contact our friendly customer service team on [email protected].

You’ll need to return the item (we can cover a free delivery charge). If we are unable to diagnose and solve your issue, we’ll send you a replacement by Royal Mail First Class. It helps if you have your order number, but if not our team should be able to find your order using your email address.
