    The Smok Fetch Pro combines the look of the original Smok Fetch with an upgrade in performance and the large, easy-press button that typifies Smok mods. The device comes with a wattage range of 5 to 80 watts which, when combined with the right coil and airflow settings, means it can be used for both MTL and DTL vaping.

    The Smok Fetch Pro comes with quick charging capability and USB-C charging cable included. In addition, improved charging efficiency contributes to charging speed. The Smok Fetch Pro supports both forward and reverse charging.

    Smok Fetch Pro pods come with a dual channel direct airflow design, with air entering from both sides of the pod creating a vertical airflow channel and avoiding airflow loss. The improved airflow leads to improved flavour and vapour production even when used at higher wattages. A powerful magnetic area ensures that clipping the pods to the battery is quick and easy.

    The kit comes with a Fetch Pro RPM pod with an upgraded RPM coil. The RPM coil comes with increased volume and cotton and a larger airway for improved vapour and flavour. Meanwhile, the Fetch Pro RGC pod comes with an RGC coil powered by NexMesh technology for larger clouds of vapour and a warm throat hit.

    The device is powered by a single replaceable 18650 battery (not included). This provides great battery life and means that by swapping out the battery, you can always have your device on the go.

    Who is the Smok Fetch Pro for?

    While the Smok Fetch Pro is easy to operate, the higher power levels and low resistance coils means the device is best for vapers who have some experience of using higher powered devices. The power range, airflow and low resistance coils that come with the device means this device is ideal for vapers who prefer a direct-lung style of vaping and excellent vapour production.

    What does forward and reverse charging mean?

    Reverse charging means that your Smok Fetch Pro can be used to charge other devices via the USB cable.

    What e-liquid can you use in the Smok Fetch Pro?

    The Smok Fetch Pro, when used with the included 0.17 Ω and 0.4 Ω coils, is best used with high VG e-liquids with a VG:PG ratio of around 70:30 or 80:20.

    Is the Smok Fetch Pro a mouth-to-lung or a direct-lung device?

    The wattage range on the Smok Fetch Pro means it can be used for either MTL or DL vaping. However, when used with the included coils it is best used for direct-lung vaping.

    How long does the Smok Fetch Pro battery last?

    Do note that battery life depends on usage and a heavy user will need to recharge more frequently than a light user. Batteries will also last longer between charges when used at lower wattages. That said, replaceable 18650 batteries provide an excellent battery life, and, at lower wattage levels, can easily last most users more than a day.

    Can you wash a Smok Fetch Pro pod?

    Yes. Remove the pod from the device, and empty out any e-liquid. Wash the pod out with warm (not boiling) water. Ensure that the pod is fully dry before using again. Alternatively, swab the Smok Fetch Pro pod and connections out with some cotton to clean any dust away.

    Can I charge my Smok Fetch Pro overnight?

    Lithium batteries should not be left unattended when charging. For more information see our battery safety infographic. For best results, we advise using an external battery charger to charge your 18650 battery.

    Charging Equipment

    Your charger comes with a 12 month warranty.

    Batteries

    All mods and batteries are under warranty for three months. 

    Clearomisers/Tanks

    All clearomisers (tanks) with the exception of CE5 clearomisers are under warranty for six months. CE5 clearomisers (tanks) are under warranty for one month.

    Please note - these warranties do not apply to the coil within a clearomiser or tank which is a consumable product as below.

    Coils

    Coils are a consumable product, and as such, will be replaced only if faulty on arrival. Please let us know within 5 days of receipt if your new coil does not work.

    What does your warranty mean?

    We guarantee that your device is, and will remain, free from defects for the period of the warranty. Please note - this applies to faulty products, and not accidental damage (e.g. dropping on a hard floor!)

    How do I get a replacement?

    In the unlikely event you have a problem with your device, just contact our friendly customer service team on [email protected]

    You’ll need to return the item (we can arrange pick up free of charge). If we are unable to diagnose and solve your issue, we’ll send you a replacement by Royal Mail First Class. It helps if you have your order number, but if not our team should be able to find your order using your email address.

    Battery Safety Information

    Do

    • Ensure you use the correct charging equipment for your e-cig (see below).
    • Charge batteries on a hard surface.
    • Turn your battery off when not in use.

    Don’t

    • Use damaged batteries.
    • Leave charging batteries unattended.
    • Allow contact between your batteries and water.
    • Carry in a pocket with coins or keys. (The KBag is a great way to carry batteries securely and safely).
    • Expose your battery to sunlight, extreme heat or cold.

    Recommended Charging Equipment

    We recommend the Veho Plug Adaptor and the Nitecore Intelli Charger (for external batteries). Both are high quality devices from a reputable manufacturer, have performed well in testing and have the right voltage output for e-cigs.

    Extending Your E-Cig Battery Life

    With regular usage, your e-cig battery will usually last for 3 months, although they can last longer. The following steps can help extend the life of your battery

    1. Cleaning your battery terminal. The most effective way to do this is to use a cotton swab soaked in alcohol, but you can also clean it with a tissue or a cotton swab.
    2. Keeping your battery charged. Keeping some charge in your battery can extend your battery life, especially if you go for some time without using it.

    Using Your Tank: Best Practice

    Follow these simple steps to get the most out of your tank.

    1. When filling, always avoid getting e-liquid in the centre tube.
    2. Don’t hold down the button before inhaling.
    3. When attaching the coil, screw it in firmly but don’t over-tighten.
    4. Make sure you use the right power settings. If unsure, check the manual or start with a low power setting and work your way up till you get the right hit.

    [Advanced Tanks] How To Maximise the Life Of Your Coils

    Coils don't last forever, but by taking a few easy steps you can often extend their life!

    First, it's well worth priming your coil before you use it for the first time. Simply add a couple of drops of e-liquid to the ports in the coil and in the opening of the coil head.

    Always allow your e-liquid to soak into your coil for at least five minutes before using it. This will help prevent your coil from burning out.

    Once you’re using the device, it is important to keep your tank topped up. If the e-liquid gets too low and the coil is exposed, the coil can burn out.” .

Why do I have to prove my age?

To our website you look under 18.

So, as a responsible retailer, we need to check your age.

You'll only need to do this once and it takes less than a minute.

Our age verification system is quick and easy to complete. Simply enter your date of birth, and our system will use the information from your order to do the rest.

On rare occasions, you might find that you don’t succeed on first try. Don’t worry - our super-friendly customer service team is on hand to ensure that, as long as you are 18 or over, you can still get your vaping supplies!

Once you have confirmed your age we won’t usually need to check again. (Exceptions can occur, for example if you change your name).

(You can help us check your age by ensuring your name and address are spelt absolutely correctly in the order form :) )

How your data is used

We use as little data as possible. The only data that ECigaretteDirect keep is information needed to send your order, and your date of birth (so we only have to check once!)

Your age is checked using Experian, which will check the information you provide against information in existing records to confirm you are over 18. No credit check is performed but a record of the search will be visible to you on your credit report. This will not affect your ability to get credit.

Why do we check age?

As you may know, there has been some concern that under-18’s may try vaping.

This is against both our company policy and the law.

And as responsible retailers, we need to do everything we can to ensure that every customer is of legal age.
