The ELFX pod device utilises fixed-coil pods, inhale firing and automatic power settings for a no-fuss vape experience. Just fill and attach your pod, wait a few minutes and inhale on the mouthpiece to vape.

Elf Bar’s first refillable, rechargeable vape kit, the ELFX makes a convenient alternative to disposable vapes with reduced costs and environmental waste. Simply replace your ELFX pod when it reaches the end of its life and recharge the battery when it runs low.

A 1000mAh battery provides the ELFX device with long-lasting power for extended use. Remaining battery life can be easily monitored via the colour-coded RGB indicator.

Full flavour

A refillable design allows you to pair the ELFX with a huge choice of e-liquids and flavours. For enhanced taste, ELFX pods utilise Elf Bar’s flavour-enhancing QUAQ coil technology, while a new dual-mesh coil design provides extended coil life.

Choose your vape style

Compatible ELFX pods include options for both Mouth-to-Lung (MTL) and restricted Direct-Lung (RDL) vaping styles. Further tailor your inhale using the adjustable airflow slider to create a more airy or restricted vape.

Compatible e-liquids & pods

The ELFX works with fixed-coil ELFX pods and is recommended for use with VG:PG 50:50 e-liquids & nicotine salts.

Follow these simple steps to get the most out of your vape kit.

For refillable devices, allow e-liquid to soak in for five minutes before using.
Keep some e‑liquid in the pod or tank at all times to ensure the coil is saturated.
If using replaceable coils, push/screw them in firmly but don't over tighten.
With adjustable power devices, use recommended power settings for the coil or pod you are using (see box, coil or manual).
When device is switched on, only press fire button when inhaling. This avoids condensation in the pod or tank.

Battery advice

Do:

Use the correct charging equipment for your device (see below).
Charge batteries on a flat, hard surface.
Turn your device off when not in use.
Keep battery terminals clean. A quick swab with a cotton bud can improve performance and reliability.
Keep some charge in your battery.

Don’t:

Use damaged batteries.
Leave charging batteries unattended.
Allow contact between your batteries and water.
Carry batteries in a pocket with coins or keys.
Expose your battery to sunlight, extreme heat or cold.
Allow battery to go to zero charge.

Charging Equipment

Your charger comes with a 12 month warranty.

Batteries

All mods and batteries are under warranty for three months.

Clearomiser / Tanks

All clearomisers (tanks) with the exception of CE5 clearomisers are under warranty for six months. CE5 clearomisers (tanks) are under warranty for one month.

Please note - these warranties do not apply to the coil within a clearomiser or tank which is a consumable product as below.

Coils

Coils are a consumable product, and as such, will be replaced only if faulty on arrival. Please let us know within 5 days of receipt if your new coil does not work.

What does your warranty mean?

We guarantee that your device is, and will remain, free from defects for the period of the warranty. Please note - this applies to faulty products, and not accidental damage (e.g. dropping on a hard floor!)

What if the warranty has run out?

How do I get a replacement?

In the unlikely event you have a problem with your device, just contact our friendly customer service team on [email protected].

You’ll need to return the item (we can cover a free delivery charge). If we are unable to diagnose and solve your issue, we’ll send you a replacement by Royal Mail First Class. It helps if you have your order number, but if not our team should be able to find your order using your email address.
