Choosing the right coil resistance

Some Innokin pods and coils come with different resistance options, which are measured in ohms. For example, Innokin Z coils vary in resistance from 0.3 ohms to 1.6 ohms. Use the table below to help you select whether higher or lower resistance coils are right for you.
