What we look for in a vape brand

Compliance

One of the first things we look for in a brand is TPD compliance. It’s important that all vape devices and nicotine-containing e-liquids have undergone emissions testing, been submitted to the Medical and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency and are compliant with all UK regulations.

Reliability and usability

When we first get a product, we put it through a testing process led by our product specialist, Corey Gunnell. If the product is from a new brand, it will often be tested by multiple people. For hardware in particular, we look at a whole range of factors including battery life, usability and taste. Once we stock a product, we track both returns and customer feedback to ensure it provides the ongoing quality our customers need.

Not just popularity
