Shipping policy
In short: Order before 5pm Monday – Friday and we dispatch the same day. Delivery is FREE on orders over £20 (Royal Mail Tracked 24 or 48). All our services are tracked. If your order hasn't arrived within 7 working days, get in touch and we'll sort it out.

In the unlikely event of any conflict between this policy and our Terms and Conditions of Supply, the Terms and Conditions of Supply take precedence.

Any local taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.
BFPO addresses: yes, we deliver to all BFPO (British Forces Post Office) addresses, treated as UK mainland. Non-EU BFPO locations may incur local duty taxes, payable by you on collection.
Receiving your delivery
- You'll receive an estimated delivery time slot on the day of delivery.
- If your parcel doesn’t fit through the letter box, your parcel may be left with a neighbour or in a safe place. The courier will leave a card with details, and you may also be able to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel from a local depot.
- If you ask the courier to leave your parcel in a specific place or deliver it to an alternative location, this is at your own risk.
- If a delivery is missed multiple times, or the parcel isn't collected as instructed, it may be returned to us. Redelivery can be arranged, but additional charges may apply.
- Once your order has been delivered to the address provided, responsibility for the parcel passes to you.
My order hasn't arrived
If your order hasn't turned up within 7 working days (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays), contact us and we'll chase it.
If you're a consumer, you also have legal rights if delivery is late: if your order hasn't arrived within 30 days you can cancel straight away in certain circumstances (for example if we've refused to deliver, or you told us before ordering that delivery by a certain date was essential), or you can set us a reasonable new deadline and cancel if we miss it. Full details are in the legal terms below.
I gave the wrong address
Contact us as soon as you realise. If the order hasn't been dispatched yet, we'll correct it. We can't guarantee delivery of parcels sent to a wrong address or postcode, so please double-check at checkout.
Events outside our control
Very occasionally delivery is affected by events outside our control (severe weather, courier strikes, zombie apocalypses and so on). Where that happens we'll contact you as soon as we reasonably can and arrange a new delivery date. See the "Events Outside Our Control" section (clause 19) of our Terms and Conditions of Supply.

1. DELIVERY
1.1. We will advise you of the estimated delivery date. Occasionally our delivery to you may be affected by an Event Outside Our Control. Please see the "Events Outside Our Control" section (clause 19) of our Terms and Conditions of Supply for our responsibilities when this happens.
1.2. If Products are sent by a signed-for service (whether Royal Mail or other courier) and no one is available at your address to take delivery, you will be left a card advising of the attempted delivery and how to rearrange delivery or collect your Products. If you arrange with the delivery service for Products to be delivered elsewhere or left on your property, this is at your own risk. If more than one delivery attempt is made or you do not collect the Products as instructed, the Products may be returned to our premises, in which case, please contact us to rearrange delivery at your cost.
1.3. Delivery of an Order shall be completed when we deliver the Products to the address you gave us and the Products will be your responsibility from that time.
1.4. You own the Products once we have received payment in full, including all applicable delivery charges.
Clauses 1.5 to 1.7 only apply if you are a consumer.
1.5. If any Products are not delivered within 30 days of your Order then you may cancel your Order straight away if any of the following apply:
(a) we have refused to deliver the Products;
(b) delivery within the delivery deadline was essential (taking into account all the relevant circumstances); or
(c) you told us before we accepted your order that delivery within the delivery deadline was essential.
1.6. If you do not wish to cancel your order straight away, or do not have the right to do so under clause 1.5, you can give us a new deadline for delivery, which must be reasonable, and you can cancel your Order if we do not meet the new deadline.
1.7. If you do choose to cancel your Order for late delivery under clause 1.5 or clause 1.6, you can do so for just some of the Products or all of them, unless splitting them up would significantly reduce their value. If the Products have been delivered to you, you will have to return them to us or allow us to collect them, and we will pay the costs of this. After you cancel your Order we will refund any sums you have paid to us for the cancelled Products and their delivery.
2. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
2.1. If you wish to place an order for delivery to a destination outside the United Kingdom (an "International Delivery Destination"), please contact us at support@ecigarettedirect.co.uk or on (0044) 1792 852843 before placing your order.
2.2. If you order Products from our site for delivery to an International Delivery Destination, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches that destination. Please note that we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount.
2.3. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
2.4. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the Products are destined. We will not be liable or responsible if you break any such law.
