Easy operation

The Elfa Pro offers easy operation with fixed-coil, prefilled pods, automatic inhale firing and a buttonless design. 

Vape with your Elfa Pro in 3 easy steps:

  1. Prepare your pod - remove the bungs and press in the base until you hear a click
  2. Insert pod into the device and wait a few minutes
  3. Inhale on the mouthpiece to vape

Rechargeable battery, replaceable pods

The Elfa Pro’s rechargeable 500mAh battery and replaceable pods allow continued use for both cost saving and reduced environmental waste.

Transparent Elfa Pro pods allow you to keep tabs on e-liquid levels. When your pod is empty you can simply swap it with a new one.

When the device battery runs low it can be recharged in around 30 minutes via USB-C (cable not included). 

Full flavour

Elfa Pro pods are prefilled with 2ml of 20mg nicotine salt e-liquid in a choice of Elf Bar-inspired flavours for a smooth, satisfying Mouth-to-Lung vape.

Product Care

Follow these simple steps to get the most out of your vape kit.

  • For refillable devices, allow e-liquid to soak into the coil for at least five minutes before using the device.
  • Always keep some e‑liquid in the pod or tank to ensure the coil is saturated.
  • If using replaceable coils, push/screw them in firmly but don't over tighten.
  • For adjustable power devices, use recommended power settings for the coil or pod you are using (see box, coil or manual).
  • When device is switched on, only press fire button when inhaling. This prevents condensation build up in the pod or tank.

Battery advice

Do:

  • Use the correct charging equipment for your device (see below). Use of third party chargers may void your warranty. 
  • Charge batteries on a flat, hard surface.
  • Turn your device off when not in use.
  • Keep battery terminals clean. A quick swab with a cotton bud can improve performance and reliability.
  • Always keep some charge in your battery.

Don’t:

  • Use damaged batteries.
  • Leave charging batteries unattended.
  • Allow contact between your batteries and water.
  • Carry batteries in a pocket with coins or keys.
  • Expose batteries to sunlight, extreme heat or cold.
  • Allow batteries to go to zero charge.

Warranty

At E-Cigarette Direct we pride ourselves on providing you with superb after-sales support, and aim to provide rapid replacements for any faulty device under warranty. This page details the warranties you get with your device, and how to get a replacement.

Charging Equipment

Your charger comes with a 12 month warranty.

Batteries

All mods and batteries are under warranty for three months.

Clearomiser / Tanks

All clearomisers (tanks) with the exception of CE5 clearomisers are under warranty for six months. CE5 clearomisers (tanks) are under warranty for one month.

Please note - these warranties do not apply to the coil within a clearomiser or tank which is a consumable product as below.

Coils

Coils are a consumable product, and as such, will be replaced only if faulty on arrival. Please let us know within 5 days of receipt if your new coil does not work.

What does your warranty mean?

We guarantee that your device is, and will remain, free from defects for the period of the warranty. Please note - this applies to faulty products, and not accidental damage (e.g. dropping on a hard floor!)

What if the warranty has run out?

How do I get a replacement?

In the unlikely event you have a problem with your device, just contact our friendly customer service team on [email protected].

You’ll need to return the item (we can cover a free delivery charge). If we are unable to diagnose and solve your issue, we’ll send you a replacement by Royal Mail First Class. It helps if you have your order number, but if not our team should be able to find your order using your email address.
