The Smok Nord Pro carries on the compact, lightweight and durable design of the popular Nord series with a stylish, single-button pod device with great looks and easy-to-use features.

With a fuss-free automatic output, the Nord Pro sets its own wattage based on the resistance of the coil being used. The device is powered by a 1100mAh battery and you can keep an eye on its remaining battery life thanks to the power button's colour-coded LED indicator light.

The Nord Pro's dual firing options give you a choice of how you want to activate the device. Choose manual firing via the button or auto draw firing by simply inhaling on the mouthpiece.

Working with the Nord coil range, the device can support both Mouth-to-Lung (MTL) and Direct-Lung (DL) vaping styles. (See more about these vaping styles in the FAQs below.)

You can also easily switch the device's airflow by rotating the Nord Pro pod. Each side of the pod has a different size airhole that, when lined up with the device's air inlet, will create an airier or more restricted vape.

The Nord Pro pods are also designed with simple push-fit coil installation for extra convenience and a silicone filling port seal that is both childproof and prevents leakage.

Compatible E-liquids & Coils

The Nord Pro works with the Smok Nord coil range and can be used with both high VG and VG:PG 50:50 e-liquids.

  • High VG: Use 0.6ohm Nord Pro coil (included) or 0.6ohm Nord coil (not included).
  • VG:PG 50:50: Use 0.9ohm Nord Pro coil (included) 0.8ohm or 1.4ohm Nord coils (not included).

 

Recommended Wattages

  • Nord Pro 0.6ohm mesh coil: Best 20W
  • Nord Pro 0.9ohm mesh coil: Best 15W

 

Who is the Smok Nord Pro for?

With its easy to use features and higher resistance coils, the Nord Pro kit is a great starter kit for new vapers. As users become more experienced, the device's adjustable airflow and compatibility with different e-liquid types also gives them a chance to experiment with different vaping styles.

What e-liquid can you use with the Smok Nord Pro?

When used with the included 0.9ohm coil, the Nord Pro is best used with VG:PG 50:50 e-liquids.

When used with the included 0.6ohm coil, it can be used with both VG:PG 50:50 and high VG e-liquids.

Can I charge my Nord Pro overnight?

Lithium batteries should not be left unattended when charging. It is also important to use an appropriate charger, such as the Veho Plug Adaptor. For more information see our battery safety infographic.

Can you wash a Nord Pro pod?

Yes. Remove the pod from the device, remove the coil and empty out any e-liquid. Wash the pod out with warm (not boiling) water and ensure that it is fully dry before using it again. You can also clean the connections out with cotton to remove dust.

How long does the coil last?

Coil life depends on many factors, including how long you puff for, the e-liquid you use and the wattage you use your coil at. Low resistance coils, which are used at higher wattages, will not last as long as high resistance coils.

You can extend coil life by:

  • Priming the coil before usage
  • Using e-liquid with the right VG:PG ratios
  • Not going above the recommended wattage
  • Topping up your tank so that the coil never dries out

 

With care, the included coils should last several days to a week or more before needing to be replaced.

What is the difference between Mouth-to-Lung (MTL) and Direct-Lung (DL) vaping?

In Mouth-to-Lung vaping you inhale vapour and hold it in your mouth for a moment before inhaling again for the vapour to reach your lungs. In Direct-Lung vaping you inhale in one continuous breath into your lungs. See MTL v DL for more information.

Product Care

Follow these simple steps to get the most out of your vape kit.

  • For refillable devices, allow e-liquid to soak in for five minutes before using.
  • Keep some e‑liquid in the pod or tank at all times to ensure the coil is saturated.
  • If using replaceable coils, push/screw them in firmly but don't over tighten.
  • With adjustable power devices, use recommended power settings for the coil or pod you are using (see box, coil or manual).
  • When device is switched on, only press fire button when inhaling. This avoids condensation in the pod or tank.

Battery advice

Do:

  • Use the correct charging equipment for your device (see below).
  • Charge batteries on a flat, hard surface.
  • Turn your device off when not in use.
  • Keep battery terminals clean. A quick swab with a cotton bud can improve performance and reliability.
  • Keep some charge in your battery.

Don’t:

  • Use damaged batteries.
  • Leave charging batteries unattended.
  • Allow contact between your batteries and water.
  • Carry batteries in a pocket with coins or keys.
  • Expose your battery to sunlight, extreme heat or cold.
  • Allow battery to go to zero charge.

Warranty

Charging Equipment

Your charger comes with a 12 month warranty.

Batteries

All mods and batteries are under warranty for three months.

Clearomiser / Tanks

All clearomisers (tanks) with the exception of CE5 clearomisers are under warranty for six months. CE5 clearomisers (tanks) are under warranty for one month.

Please note - these warranties do not apply to the coil within a clearomiser or tank which is a consumable product as below.

Coils

Coils are a consumable product, and as such, will be replaced only if faulty on arrival. Please let us know within 5 days of receipt if your new coil does not work.

What does your warranty mean?

We guarantee that your device is, and will remain, free from defects for the period of the warranty. Please note - this applies to faulty products, and not accidental damage (e.g. dropping on a hard floor!)

How do I get a replacement?

In the unlikely event you have a problem with your device, just contact our friendly customer service team on [email protected].

You’ll need to return the item (we can cover a free delivery charge). If we are unable to diagnose and solve your issue, we’ll send you a replacement by Royal Mail First Class. It helps if you have your order number, but if not our team should be able to find your order using your email address.
