More power & vaping time

An upgrade on the original Luxe XR, the Luxe XR Max boasts double the power with up to 80W and increased battery capacity for up to 40% more vaping time.

The 2800mAh battery can provide up to 24hrs of Direct-Lung vaping on a single charge.

Easy operation

Despite its increased power, the Luxe XR Max is still super easy to use - with single-button operation and a Smart Mode feature that auto-sets power to suit the coil/pod being used.

You can easily view and manage device settings via the device’s OLED display.

Vape your way

The Luxe XR Max provides a number of customisable options to create your perfect vape.

A choice of coil and pod resistances means the device supports Mouth-to-Lung (MTL) and Direct-Lung (DL) vaping styles, while adjustable airflow allows you to further tailor your inhale between loose and airy or tight and restricted.

Great taste for longer

Corex cotton and unique morph-mesh design means GTL coils provide rich, consistent flavour and up to 50% longer coil life.

Compatible e-liquids, pods & coils

The Luxe XR Max works with GTX coils and can work with both VG:PG 50:50 and high VG e-liquids.

  • 50:50: Use Luxe XR MTL pod with 0.8Ω or 1.2Ω GTX coils (not included)
  • High VG: Use Luxe XR DL/RDL pod with 0.2Ω or 0.4Ω (included) or 0.15Ω (not included) GTX coils
     

The device can also be used with fixed-coil Luxe X pods (sold separately).

Product Care

Follow these simple steps to get the most out of your vape kit.

  • For refillable devices, allow e-liquid to soak in for five minutes before using.
  • Keep some e‑liquid in the pod or tank at all times to ensure the coil is saturated.
  • If using replaceable coils, push/screw them in firmly but don't over tighten.
  • With adjustable power devices, use recommended power settings for the coil or pod you are using (see box, coil or manual).
  • When device is switched on, only press fire button when inhaling. This avoids condensation in the pod or tank.

Battery advice

Do:

  • Use the correct charging equipment for your device (see below).
  • Charge batteries on a flat, hard surface.
  • Turn your device off when not in use.
  • Keep battery terminals clean. A quick swab with a cotton bud can improve performance and reliability.
  • Keep some charge in your battery.

Don’t:

  • Use damaged batteries.
  • Leave charging batteries unattended.
  • Allow contact between your batteries and water.
  • Carry batteries in a pocket with coins or keys.
  • Expose your battery to sunlight, extreme heat or cold.
  • Allow battery to go to zero charge.

Warranty

At E-Cigarette Direct we pride ourselves on providing you with superb after-sales support, and aim to provide rapid replacements for any faulty device under warranty. This page details the warranties you get with your device, and how to get a replacement.

Charging Equipment

Your charger comes with a 12 month warranty.

Batteries

All mods and batteries are under warranty for three months.

Clearomiser / Tanks

All clearomisers (tanks) with the exception of CE5 clearomisers are under warranty for six months. CE5 clearomisers (tanks) are under warranty for one month.

Please note - these warranties do not apply to the coil within a clearomiser or tank which is a consumable product as below.

Coils

Coils are a consumable product, and as such, will be replaced only if faulty on arrival. Please let us know within 5 days of receipt if your new coil does not work.

What does your warranty mean?

We guarantee that your device is, and will remain, free from defects for the period of the warranty. Please note - this applies to faulty products, and not accidental damage (e.g. dropping on a hard floor!)

What if the warranty has run out?

How do I get a replacement?

In the unlikely event you have a problem with your device, just contact our friendly customer service team on [email protected].

You’ll need to return the item (we can cover a free delivery charge). If we are unable to diagnose and solve your issue, we’ll send you a replacement by Royal Mail First Class. It helps if you have your order number, but if not our team should be able to find your order using your email address.
