Which resistance?

Replacement Aspire BDC coils are available in 1.8ohm and 2.1ohm ratings. The lower the number, the more vapour and heat you will get from the clearomiser. Average lifetime for the different resistance coils are as below;

  • 1.8ohm - 8 - 14 days
  • 2.1ohm - 14 - 28 days

These work great for such a low price. No complaints, although I do wish they lasted longer and that there was some clear signal that they need to be changed.

This is by far the best I have ver tried!
A real breakthrough at last! I used countless variations of the "wick" type, which tend to be bulky and give off a horrid "burnt" taste after just a couple of dyas or if the wick somehow fails to absorb enough liquid or if you're holding your e-cig in a less than optimal angle. This clever little device has non of those drawbacks, it's very economical on the juice (10 ml last me twice as long now), lasts 4 times as long (I now get at least two weeks per cartridge without any performance degradation or a single "burnt" hit). They never leak, are incredibly easy to replace (no more trailing wicks getting caught in the screw threads)... what can I say, whoever designed them deserves a prize! These have done to vaping what "Dyson" did to vacuum cleaners! I have no complaints about the volume or consistancy of the smoke, as thick and satisfying as the best of them as far as I am concerned!

Tanks, Mods and Batteries

All mods, batteries and clearomisers (tanks) with the exception of CE5 clearomisers are under warranty for three months. CE5 clearomisers (tanks) are under warranty for one month.

Please note - these warranties do not apply to the coil within a clearomiser or tank which is a consumable product as below.


Coils are a consumable product, and as such, will be replaced only if faulty on arrival. Please let us know within 5 days of receipt if your new coil does not work.

What does your warranty mean?

We guarantee that your device is, and will remain, free from defects for the period of the warranty. Please note - this applies to faulty products, and not accidental damage (e.g. dropping on a hard floor!)

How do I get a replacement?

In the unlikely event you have a problem with your device, just contact our friendly customer service team on [email protected]

You’ll need to return the item (we can arrange pick up free of charge). If we are unable to diagnose and solve your issue, we’ll send you a replacement by Royal Mail firstclass. It helps if you have your order number, but if not our team should be able to find your order using your email address.
