Love it!!
Two parts to the review.

Firstly the service of ecigarettedirect – faultless, great comms, delivered on time and will definitely be my ‘go-to’ shop now.

Second, the e juice itself. Love it. Nice strong flavour without being sickly. Proper bubble gum flavour too! If you over do your drag then it can be a bit too sweet at the back of the throat but that’s more user error. The quality of this as an e juice stands out. I’ve tried a few brands the last two months and what I really notice about all Halo products I have tried is that even after longer vaping sessions you get very little acrid after taste. Which I find, with my Nautilus 2 tank anyway, I always get regardless of juice brand and the cheap juices stand out a mile eventually tasting awful and smothering any original flavour.

But almost none of that with the Halo juices and the flavour is ALWAYS there. Maybe the Nautilus 2 tank exacerbates things, but that’s my setup and the Bubble Trouble Halo juice works a treat and is putting a massive smile on my face. Great stuff.

This tastes like the Bubblemint gum I used to chew when I was still smoking cigarettes. Love it!

Very good.
Compared to other companies, this liquid is not only very reasonably priced, it tastes great. The flavor is great although could be a little stronger but that's just personal preference. Bought in store and the assistant was very helpful, offering different flavors for me to try.

Your charger comes with a 12 month warranty.

Tanks, Mods and Batteries

All mods, batteries and clearomisers (tanks) with the exception of CE5 clearomisers are under warranty for three months. CE5 clearomisers (tanks) are under warranty for one month.

Please note - these warranties do not apply to the coil within a clearomiser or tank which is a consumable product as below.


Coils are a consumable product, and as such, will be replaced only if faulty on arrival. Please let us know within 5 days of receipt if your new coil does not work.

What does your warranty mean?

We guarantee that your device is, and will remain, free from defects for the period of the warranty. Please note - this applies to faulty products, and not accidental damage (e.g. dropping on a hard floor!)

How do I get a replacement?

In the unlikely event you have a problem with your device, just contact our friendly customer service team on [email protected]

You’ll need to return the item (we can arrange pick up free of charge). If we are unable to diagnose and solve your issue, we’ll send you a replacement by Royal Mail firstclass. It helps if you have your order number, but if not our team should be able to find your order using your email address.
