Innokin Zenith II Pro overview

The Innokin Zenith II Pro builds on the success of the Zenith tank range with greater Mouth-to-Lung and restricted Direct-Lung flexibility, making it ideal for vapers who switch between inhale styles.

The Zenith II Pro delivers smooth flavour across a wide range of power levels thanks to Innokin’s upgraded Zl coils.

Multiple vaping styles

Easily switch between an airy and restricted inhale thanks to a combination of adjustable airflow and a choice of mouthpieces.

Top airflow allows you to fine-tune your draw while helping reduce leaks compared with traditional bottom-airflow tanks.

Filling made simple

Refilling the Zenith II Pro is quick and convenient thanks to the slide-to-open top filling system. Simply slide the top cap to reveal the fill port and add e-liquid without removing the tank from your device.

The enlarged fill port makes it easier to refill with different bottle types while helping minimise spills.

Coil compatibility

Works with the full range of Innokin Z coils.

All tanks & pods

Use the correct e-liquid for the coil/pod you are using - see recommended e-liquids on the product description page on E-Cigarette Direct.
Avoid filling the tank or pod above the fill line or to the very top.

Tanks & pods: Replaceable coil

When adding a new coil, ‘prime’ it first by allowing e-liquid to soak in for at least five minutes before use.
When device is switched on, only press fire button when inhaling. This prevents condensation build up in the pod or tank.
Push/screw coils in firmly but don’t over-tighten.
Use the correct power settings for the coil you are using. You will usually find this on your manual or on the coil itself.Always keep some e-liquid in the pod or tank.
The key here is to ensure the coil is saturated with e-liquid so it does not dry out.

Tanks & pods: Fixed coil.

When using a new pod for the first time, allow e-liquid to soak in for five minutes before using.
When device is switched on, only press fire button when inhaling. This avoids condensation in the pod or tank.
Keep some e-liquid in the pod at all times. The key here is to ensure the coil is covered with e-liquid so it does not dry out.
When travelling on a plane, empty pods before use, as changes in air pressure can cause leakage.

Keeping a tank or pod clean

Keep the mouthpiece clear, especially if you spend a lot of time doing outdoor activities such as gardening or if you find the airflow is affected. If you have a removable mouthpiece, remove and blow through it to clear it. You can further clean the mouthpiece by pushing some kitchen towel or a cotton bud through it.

Occasionally cleaning your tank can improve performance. To clean, first, remove all e-liquid from the tank. If you have a replaceable coil, remove it. Wash the tank using warm but not boiling water. Allow the tank to dry completely before using it again, as water can affect the quality of your vape.

All local taxes are the responsibility of the Purchaser.

Do you send to BFPO addresses?

Yes, we deliver to all BFPO (British Forces Post Office) addresses which are treated as UK Mainland, but those in non-EU BFPO locations may occur local duty taxes, payable by the customer at cost upon collection.

What about late delivery?

If you have not received your order within 7 working days (excluding bank holidays and weekends) please get in contact with us.

What if I put the wrong address on my parcel?

We can't guarantee that you will receive your parcel if you have used the wrong address or postcode. If you realise you have used the wrong address, please get in contact with us ASAP, and we will correct the address if the order has not already been dispatched.

Returns Policy: Q & A’s

What happens if I change my mind after I make a purchase?

No problem. As long as you haven’t used the device, you can cancel your order and (if you have already received the order) return the product to us for a refund.

How long have I got to change my mind?

You have 90 days (or until you use the product) to change your mind. This policy only covers unused products (for example, if you buy someone a present and then they decide they want something else.)

Please note the product must be in its original packaging, with any seals intact, and you must notify us within 90 days of your receipt of the order that you wish to cancel the order. The products must then be returned within a further 14 days. You can cancel by sending us an email or giving us a call on 01792 852843.

What happens if I have a problem with a purchase?

It’s rare but it does happen.

The first thing to do is contact us, or pop into one of our shops if there is one near to you. Sometimes we can sort things out with a little advice!

If that doesn’t work, and your product is still within warranty, we’ll ask you to return it to us. Usually we can see the problem, but if we can’t we’ll replace it.
