The Voopoo Drag S comes with a GENE.TT chip. This enables the device to detect the coil used and select the optimum wattage, which helps make it easy to use, ensures the best vaping experience and extends the life of your coils. The chip also powers additional functions including puff counter and score ranking.
The Voopoo Drag S comes with the option of button fire or auto-draw. Fast firing ensures the device responds just 0.001 seconds after pressing the fire button, bringing you instant vapour. The adjustable airflow, when opened wide, gives you the option of a very airy vape and is ideal for direct-lung vaping.
The pods come with four magnetic connections that hold the pod firmly in place on the device, while push-pull coils ensure that changing the coil is quick and easy. An innovative circular coil design also means that the coil will fit in regardless of the orientation, which further improves ease of use.
Who is the Voopoo Drag S for?
The power range and low resistance coils means the Drag S is suitable for vapers who prefer larger clouds of vapour and a Direct-Lung vape.
The Voopoo Drag S is compatible with PnP coils.
A forthcoming 510 adaptor will allow the Drag S device to be used with other tanks with a 510 fitting.

What e-liquids should I use with this device?
The Voopoo Drag S, when used with the included coils, works best with high VG e-liquids, such as those with a VG:PG ratio of 70:30 or 80:20. They are best used with lower nicotine strengths (10mg or below.)
How long does the Voopoo Drag S take to charge?
Approximately 90 minutes.
How long does the coil last?
Low resistance coils used at high wattages do not last as long as high resistance coils used at low wattage. You can extend coil life by priming the coil before usage (see product care), and by topping up your tank so that the coil never dries out. With care, your Drag-S coil should last anything from a few days to a week.
Can I charge my Drag S overnight?

Your charger comes with a 12 month warranty.
All mods and batteries are under warranty for three months.
All clearomisers (tanks) with the exception of CE5 clearomisers are under warranty for six months. CE5 clearomisers (tanks) are under warranty for one month.
Please note - these warranties do not apply to the coil within a clearomiser or tank which is a consumable product as below.
Coils are a consumable product, and as such, will be replaced only if faulty on arrival. Please let us know within 5 days of receipt if your new coil does not work.
What does your warranty mean?
We guarantee that your device is, and will remain, free from defects for the period of the warranty. Please note - this applies to faulty products, and not accidental damage (e.g. dropping on a hard floor!)

How do I get a replacement?

You’ll need to return the item (we can arrange pick up free of charge). If we are unable to diagnose and solve your issue, we’ll send you a replacement by Royal Mail First Class. It helps if you have your order number, but if not our team should be able to find your order using your email address.
