Description

The Geekvape S100 mod was built to withstand the elements. With an IP68 rating, this super-tough device is dustproof, waterproof, features groundbreaking shock resistance and a waterproof charging port cover. Combined with its compact size and replaceable battery design, the S100 is the perfect vape for using outdoors. (See more about IP ratings in the FAQs below.)

The S100 mod has 100W of adjustable wattage and is powered by a single 18650 replaceable battery (not included). This convenient replaceable battery design means you never have to be without your vape for long. When the battery runs out just swap with a replacement. There is also the option to recharge your battery with the S100’s USB-C fast charging cable.

An A-Lock press protection feature helps to protect your battery and coil life by preventing any accidental firing of the device.

A 1.08” colour screen on the S100 mod displays important data including battery life, wattage and coil resistance so you can keep track of your vaping.

The included Geekvape Zeus tank works with the Zeus (Z Series) coil range to support a sub-ohm, Direct Lung (DTL) vaping style. An adjustable airflow ring means you can further tailor your air intake for a more airy or restricted vape.

Both the S100 mod and Zeus tank have a threaded 510 connection. This means they can be paired with most other mods and tanks.

The included Zeus tank uses Geekvape Zeus (Z Series) coils and is recommended for use with high VG e-liquids (VG:PG 70:30 and above).

FAQs

What e-liquid can you use with the Geekvape S100 kit?

When used with the included 0.2 & 0.25Ω coils, the S100 is best used with high VG e-liquids with a VG:PG ratio of around 70:30 or higher.

What Does IP68 Mean?

The S100 has an IP rating of IP68 - meaning it is dustproof and can withstand water immersion of 1.5m for up to 30 minutes.

A device’s IP (Ingress Protection) rating refers to how dustproof and waterproof it is - expressed as a 2 digit code:

Dustproof rating (1st digit): is expressed between 1 and 6 - with 1 meaning the device offers no special protection from dust and 6 meaning it is dustproof.
Waterproof rating (2nd digit): is expressed between 1 and 8 - with 1 meaning there is no special protection from water and 8 meaning the device can withstand complete, continuous water submersion.

Can I charge my Geekvape S100 overnight?

Lithium batteries should not be left unattended when charging. It is also important to use an appropriate charger, such as the Veho Plug Adaptor. For more information see our battery safety infographic.

Can you wash a Geekvape Zeus tank?

Yes. Remove the tank from the device, remove the coil and empty out any e-liquid. Wash the tank out with warm (not boiling) water. Ensure that the tank is fully dry before using it again. You can also clean the connections out with cotton to remove dust.

How long does the coil last?

Coil life depends on many factors, including how long you puff for, the e-liquid you use and the wattage you use your coil at. Low resistance coils, which are used at higher wattages, will not last as long as high resistance coils.

You can extend coil life by:

Priming the coil before usage
Using e-liquid with the right VG:PG ratios
Not going above the recommended wattage
Topping up your tank so that the coil never dries out

With care, the included Zeus coils should last several days before needing to be replaced.

What is the difference between Mouth-to-Lung (MTL) and Direct-Lung (DL) vaping?

In Mouth-to-Lung vaping you inhale vapour and hold it in your mouth for a moment before inhaling again for the vapour to reach your lungs. In Direct-Lung vaping you inhale in one continuous breath into your lungs. See MTL v DL for more information.

Clearomisers/Tanks

All clearomisers (tanks) with the exception of CE5 clearomisers are under warranty for six months. CE5 clearomisers (tanks) are under warranty for one month.

Please note - these warranties do not apply to the coil within a clearomiser or tank which is a consumable product as below.

Coils

Coils are a consumable product, and as such, will be replaced only if faulty on arrival. Please let us know within 5 days of receipt if your new coil does not work.

What does your warranty mean?

We guarantee that your device is, and will remain, free from defects for the period of the warranty. Please note - this applies to faulty products, and not accidental damage (e.g. dropping on a hard floor!)

Using Your Tank: Best Practice

Follow these simple steps to get the most out of your tank.

When filling, always avoid getting e-liquid in the centre tube.
Don’t hold down the button before inhaling.
When attaching the coil, screw it in firmly but don’t over-tighten.
Make sure you use the right power settings. If unsure, check the manual or start with a low power setting and work your way up till you get the right hit.

The Right and Wrong Ways to Treat Batteries!

Battery Safety Information

Do:

Ensure you use the correct charging equipment for your e-cig (see below).
Charge batteries on a hard surface.
Turn your battery off when not in use.

Don’t:

Use damaged batteries.
Leave charging batteries unattended.
Allow contact between your batteries and water.
Carry in a pocket with coins or keys. (The Kbag is a great way to carry batteries securely and safely).
Expose your battery to sunlight, extreme heat or cold.

Recommended Charging Equipment

We recommend the Veho Plug Adaptor and the Nitecore Intelli charger (for external batteries). Both are high quality devices from a reputable manufacturer, have performed well in testing and have the right voltage output for e-cigs.

Extending Your E-Cig Battery Life

With regular usage, your e-cig battery will usually last for 3 months, although they can last longer. The following steps can help extend the life of your battery

Cleaning your battery terminal. The most effective way to do this is to use a cotton swab soaked in alcohol, but you can also clean it with a tissue or a cotton swab.
Keeping your battery charged. Keeping some charge in your battery can extend your battery life, especially if you go for some time without using it.

How To Maximise the Life Of Your Coils

Always allow your e-liquid to soak into your coil for at least five minutes before using it. This will help prevent your coil from burning out.

When you have a more powerful coil, or one with more wicking material, it’s also a good idea to prime it by applying a few drops of e-liquid into the coil holes before filling.

Once you’re using the device, it is important to keep your tank topped up. If the e-liquid gets too low and the coil is exposed, the coil can burn out.
