How to vape nicotine free

Currently, there are limited option for nicotine-free vaping with disposable vapes and prefilled pods, making refillable devices and e-liquid the best option for most vapers. If you are new to refillable devices, we recommend using a vape starter kit with a 10ml e-liquid with a VG:PG ratio of 50:50. This setup is easy to use - the main thing to remember is to allow the e-liquid to soak into the pod or tank for a few minutes before inhaling for the first time. If you have more experience with vaping, and prefer larger clouds of vapour, you may want to experiment with shortfills. These work best with more powerful Direct-Lung vape kits such as mods and pod mods.

The nicotine strength of e-liquid is shown with the letters mg - for example, 20mg is equivalent to 2% nicotine strength. To choose a zero nicotine e-liquid, select a 0mg option. Will I still get the buzz from nicotine-free vape juice?

The buzz you get from vaping comes from the nicotine in e-liquid, so you won’t get any from nicotine free e-liquid. However, if you are trying to eliminate nicotine, you may find that the sensation on the back of the throat helps you to deal with cravings.
