Perfect starter kit 

With no-fuss fixed-coil, prefilled pods and inhale activation, the Crystal 2400 makes a perfect first kit for new vapers or those moving from disposable to reusable devices. 

Just insert your Crystal 2400 pods and inhale to vape. When the pods are empty simply replace the whole pod.

Ditch the disposables

The Crystal 2400’s rechargeable 950mAh battery and replaceable pods make it a great cost-saving and more environmentally-friendly alternative to single-use devices while still maintaining ease of use. 

4 pods for extended vaping

An innovative rotating 4-pod design means the Crystal 2400 device can hold up to 8ml of e-liquid at a time. With up to 600 puffs per pod, you can experience up to 2400 flavour-filled puffs before needing to refill the device. 

When a pod is empty or you feel like switching up your flavour, just twist to a new pod. 

Full flavour

Crystal 2400 pods are prefilled with 2ml of 20mg nicotine salt e-liquid and utilise mesh coils for a smooth, satisfying vape.

Product Care

Follow these simple steps to get the most out of your vape kit.

  • For refillable devices, allow e-liquid to soak in for five minutes before using.
  • Keep some e‑liquid in the pod or tank at all times to ensure the coil is saturated.
  • If using replaceable coils, push/screw them in firmly but don't over tighten.
  • With adjustable power devices, use recommended power settings for the coil or pod you are using (see box, coil or manual).
  • When device is switched on, only press fire button when inhaling. This avoids condensation in the pod or tank.

Battery advice

Do:

  • Use the correct charging equipment for your device (see below).
  • Charge batteries on a flat, hard surface.
  • Turn your device off when not in use.
  • Keep battery terminals clean. A quick swab with a cotton bud can improve performance and reliability.
  • Keep some charge in your battery.

Don’t:

  • Use damaged batteries.
  • Leave charging batteries unattended.
  • Allow contact between your batteries and water.
  • Carry batteries in a pocket with coins or keys.
  • Expose your battery to sunlight, extreme heat or cold.
  • Allow battery to go to zero charge.

Warranty

At E-Cigarette Direct we pride ourselves on providing you with superb after-sales support, and aim to provide rapid replacements for any faulty device under warranty. This page details the warranties you get with your device, and how to get a replacement.

Charging Equipment

Your charger comes with a 12 month warranty.

Batteries

All mods and batteries are under warranty for three months.

Clearomiser / Tanks

All clearomisers (tanks) with the exception of CE5 clearomisers are under warranty for six months. CE5 clearomisers (tanks) are under warranty for one month.

Please note - these warranties do not apply to the coil within a clearomiser or tank which is a consumable product as below.

Coils

Coils are a consumable product, and as such, will be replaced only if faulty on arrival. Please let us know within 5 days of receipt if your new coil does not work.

What does your warranty mean?

We guarantee that your device is, and will remain, free from defects for the period of the warranty. Please note - this applies to faulty products, and not accidental damage (e.g. dropping on a hard floor!)

What if the warranty has run out?

How do I get a replacement?

In the unlikely event you have a problem with your device, just contact our friendly customer service team on [email protected].

You’ll need to return the item (we can cover a free delivery charge). If we are unable to diagnose and solve your issue, we’ll send you a replacement by Royal Mail First Class. It helps if you have your order number, but if not our team should be able to find your order using your email address.
