The Vaporesso Forz TX80 is designed for vapers who are frequently outside, whether for work or leisure, with a design and construction made to withstand the inevitable knocks and drops associated with outdoor activities. The tank comes with fibreglass plastic and soft tenacity rubber, reinforced screws and a high strength Zinc Alloy bracket. A screw-to-fill function ensures the tank remains firmly closed when not being filled.
The tank may be tough, but nestled between the protective outer case are four ports to ensure that e-liquids levels are visible.
Controlled by the Axon 2.0 chip, the Forz TX80 adjusts output voltage and heating rate during your vape, enabling it to deliver a wider temperature range and more effectively vapourise your e-liquid for improved flavour and vapour.
The included Forz 25 tank works with GTR coils, which come with anti-bacterial cotton, an improved leak-proof structure and larger port holes which makes it ideal for use with high VG e-liquids.
Who is the Forz TX80 kit for?
This kit is suitable for vapers who require a rugged mod which is suitable for outdoor use, can withstand knocks and drops. When used with the included coils it is best for vapers who prefer a Direct-Lung or restricted Direct-Lung inhale. It is also suitable for advanced users.
- 0.15Ω GTR Mesh: 60 - 80 W
- 0.4Ω GTR Mesh: 40 - 60 W
What e-liquid can you use in the Forz Tank 22?
The tank, when used with the 0.15Ω GTR mesh coil is best used with e-liquids with a VG:PG ratio in the region of 70:30 to 80:20. The 0.4Ω GTR mesh coil is best used with e-liquids with a VG:PG ratio in the region of 60:40 to 70:30.
How long does the coil last?
Coil life depends on many factors, including how long you puff for, the e-liquid you use and the wattage you use your coil at. Low resistance coils, which are used at higher wattages, will not last as long as high resistance coils.
You can extend coil life by priming the coil before usage (see product care), by using e-liquid with the right VG:PG ratios, by not going above the recommended wattage and by topping up your tank so that the coil never dries out. With care, the coil should last anything from several days to a week.
Can I use rubbing alcohol to clean my coil?
Yes, any white spirit can be used to clean your coil.
What is the difference between Mouth-to-Lung (MTL) and restricted Direct-Lung (RDL) vaping?
In Mouth-to-Lung vaping you inhale vapour and hold it in your mouth for a moment before inhaling again for the vapour to reach your lungs. In Direct-Lung (DL) vaping you inhale in one continuous breath into your lungs.
With restricted Direct-Lung vaping, you inhale in the same way as DL, but you don’t require as much airflow over the coil. The flavour experience is similar to DL, but the throat hit is more similar to MTL. See MTL v DL for more information.

Your charger comes with a 12 month warranty.
All mods and batteries are under warranty for three months.
All clearomisers (tanks) with the exception of CE5 clearomisers are under warranty for six months. CE5 clearomisers (tanks) are under warranty for one month.
Please note - these warranties do not apply to the coil within a clearomiser or tank which is a consumable product as below.
Coils are a consumable product, and as such, will be replaced only if faulty on arrival. Please let us know within 5 days of receipt if your new coil does not work.
What does your warranty mean?
We guarantee that your device is, and will remain, free from defects for the period of the warranty. Please note - this applies to faulty products, and not accidental damage (e.g. dropping on a hard floor!)
The above warranties are subject to our terms and conditions. Please see our full warranty information for further details.

Using Your Tank: Best Practice
Follow these simple steps to get the most out of your tank.
- When filling, always avoid getting e-liquid in the centre tube.
- Don’t hold down the button before inhaling.
- When attaching the coil, screw it in firmly but don’t over-tighten.
- Make sure you use the right power settings. If unsure, check the manual or start with a low power setting and work your way up till you get the right hit.
The Right and Wrong Ways to Treat Batteries!
Battery Safety Information
- Ensure you use the correct charging equipment for your e-cig (see below).
- Charge batteries on a hard surface.
- Turn your battery off when not in use.
- Use damaged batteries.
- Leave charging batteries unattended.
- Allow contact between your batteries and water.
- Carry in a pocket with coins or keys. (The Kbag is a great way to carry batteries securely and safely).
- Expose your battery to sunlight, extreme heat or cold.
For more information see our E-Cig Battery Safety Infographic.
Recommended Charging Equipment
We recommend the Veho Plug Adaptor and the Nitecore Intelli charger (for external batteries). Both are high quality devices from a reputable manufacturer, have performed well in testing and have the right voltage output for e-cigs.
Extending Your E-Cig Battery Life
With regular usage, your e-cig battery will usually last for 3 months, although they can last longer. The following steps can help extend the life of your battery
1. Cleaning your battery terminal. The most effective way to do this is to use a cotton swab soaked in alcohol, but you can also clean it with a tissue or a cotton swab.
2. Keeping your battery charged. Keeping some charge in your battery can extend your battery life, especially if you go for some time without using it.
Sub Ohm Vaping: Extending the life of your coil
When you vape a coil with a resistance level lower than 1 ohm, you are sub ohm vaping.
Sub ohm vaping is great for producing large clouds of vapour, but there are some differences in usage. Understanding these can help maximise your vaping experience.
Sub ohm coils have a larger surface area than regular coils. So before using a coil, it’s even more important to prime the coil before usage. With most devices, this means adding a couple of drops of e-liquid to the holes in the side of the coil (the ports) and down the hole in the top of the coil. Once you’ve done this, and after adding e-liquid to your tank, you should allow the coil to soak for at least five to ten minutes.
When you’re using the device, always ensure that e-liquid is covering the coil. (You should do this anyway, but it’s doubly important with a sub ohm coil.)
Why? Well, when power hits the coil, you don’t want it to be dry. Following these simple steps helps the coil last much longer, and will ensure a pleasant vaping experience.
Sub ohm coils also need more power than regular coils, so ensure that your vape battery or mod is suitable for the coil you are buying.
