Perfect starter kit 

With no-fuss fixed-coil pods, automatic power settings and inhale firing, the Luxe Q2 makes a perfect starter kit for new vapers. 

To vape, simply fill and attach the pod, wait a few minutes and inhale on the mouthpiece. When the pod reaches the end of its life, just replace it with a new one.

2 days power & rapid charging

A fixed 1000mAh battery provides the Luxe Q2 with up to 48hrs’ of use between charges. You can monitor your battery life via the device’s colour-coded indicator light.

When the battery does run low, rapid USB-C charging means it is fully refreshed in just 30 minutes.

Flavour-filled, adjustable inhale 

Vaporesso’s COREX heating technology provides the Luxe Q2 with strong, accurate flavour and up to 50% longer-lasting pods. 

The device’s adjustable airflow toggle also allows you to tailor your inhale to create a tighter or more restricted vape style.

Small & stylish 

The Luxe Q2’s compact, lightweight design makes it the perfect, pocket-friendly device for vaping on the go, while a deluxe leather finish adds a stylish look and improved grip.  

Compatible e-liquids & pods

The Luxe Q2 works with fixed-coil Luxe Q pods and is recommended for use with VG:PG 50:50 e-liquids.

Product Care

Follow these simple steps to get the most out of your vape kit.

  • For refillable devices, allow e-liquid to soak into the coil for at least five minutes before using the device.
  • Always keep some e‑liquid in the pod or tank to ensure the coil is saturated.
  • If using replaceable coils, push/screw them in firmly but don't over tighten.
  • For adjustable power devices, use recommended power settings for the coil or pod you are using (see box, coil or manual).
  • When device is switched on, only press fire button when inhaling. This prevents condensation build up in the pod or tank.

Battery advice


  • Use the correct charging equipment for your device (see below). Use of third party chargers may void your warranty. 
  • Charge batteries on a flat, hard surface.
  • Turn your device off when not in use.
  • Keep battery terminals clean. A quick swab with a cotton bud can improve performance and reliability.
  • Always keep some charge in your battery.


  • Use damaged batteries.
  • Leave charging batteries unattended.
  • Allow contact between your batteries and water.
  • Carry batteries in a pocket with coins or keys.
  • Expose batteries to sunlight, extreme heat or cold.
  • Allow batteries to go to zero charge.

Charging Equipment

Your charger comes with a 12 month warranty.


All mods and batteries are under warranty for three months.

Clearomiser / Tanks

All clearomisers (tanks) with the exception of CE5 clearomisers are under warranty for six months. CE5 clearomisers (tanks) are under warranty for one month.

Please note - these warranties do not apply to the coil within a clearomiser or tank which is a consumable product as below.


Coils are a consumable product, and as such, will be replaced only if faulty on arrival. Please let us know within 5 days of receipt if your new coil does not work.

What does your warranty mean?

We guarantee that your device is, and will remain, free from defects for the period of the warranty. Please note - this applies to faulty products, and not accidental damage (e.g. dropping on a hard floor!)

What if the warranty has run out?

How do I get a replacement?

In the unlikely event you have a problem with your device, just contact our friendly customer service team on [email protected].

You’ll need to return the item (we can cover a free delivery charge). If we are unable to diagnose and solve your issue, we’ll send you a replacement by Royal Mail First Class. It helps if you have your order number, but if not our team should be able to find your order using your email address.
