The Aspire Cyber X provides both style and long-lasting power with its unique, eye-catching design and a battery that lasts up to 2 days between charges.

With simple fill-and-attach fixed-coil pods and auto power settings, the Cyber X is super easy to use and makes a great starter kit. When the flavour starts to dull, you simply replace the pod.

A choice of 3 firing modes allows you to switch between inhale and button-activated firing, or set a combination of both.

Adjustable airflow allows you to tailor your inhale between airy or more restricted by simply rotating the pod.

The compatible TSX pods feature a handy top-filling port and transparent design that allows you to keep an eye on your e-liquid levels for prolonged coil life.

How do I change the firing mode on the Aspire Cyber X?

To change the firing mode, quickly press the power button 3 times until the corresponding light indicator shows.

Aspire Cyber X firing mode indicator key:

  • Left light: Inhale firing
  • Right light: Button activated firing
  • Both lights: Inhale & button firing

 

Is the Aspire Cyber X a Mouth-to-Lung device?

Yes. The higher resistance coils in TSX pods make it perfect for Mouth-to-Lung vaping. See MTL v DL for more information.

How long do Aspire TSX pods last?

The key element to how long a pod lasts is the coil in the pod. This depends on a number of factors such as how frequently you inhale and how long you inhale.

However, you can maximise the life of the coil by allowing the e-liquid to soak in before using it for the first time, by using e-liquid with the correct VG:PG ratio and by keeping the pod topped up. With care, the pods should last several days before needing to be replaced.

Product Care

Follow these simple steps to get the most out of your vape kit.

  • For refillable devices, allow e-liquid to soak in for five minutes before using.
  • Keep some e‑liquid in the pod or tank at all times to ensure the coil is saturated.
  • If using replaceable coils, push/screw them in firmly but don't over tighten.
  • With adjustable power devices, use recommended power settings for the coil or pod you are using (see box, coil or manual).
  • When device is switched on, only press fire button when inhaling. This avoids condensation in the pod or tank.

Battery advice

Do:

  • Use the correct charging equipment for your device (see below).
  • Charge batteries on a flat, hard surface.
  • Turn your device off when not in use.
  • Keep battery terminals clean. A quick swab with a cotton bud can improve performance and reliability.
  • Keep some charge in your battery.

Don’t:

  • Use damaged batteries.
  • Leave charging batteries unattended.
  • Allow contact between your batteries and water.
  • Carry batteries in a pocket with coins or keys.
  • Expose your battery to sunlight, extreme heat or cold.
  • Allow battery to go to zero charge.

Warranty

Charging Equipment

Your charger comes with a 12 month warranty.

Batteries

All mods and batteries are under warranty for three months.

Clearomiser / Tanks

All clearomisers (tanks) with the exception of CE5 clearomisers are under warranty for six months. CE5 clearomisers (tanks) are under warranty for one month.

Please note - these warranties do not apply to the coil within a clearomiser or tank which is a consumable product as below.

Coils

Coils are a consumable product, and as such, will be replaced only if faulty on arrival. Please let us know within 5 days of receipt if your new coil does not work.

What does your warranty mean?

We guarantee that your device is, and will remain, free from defects for the period of the warranty. Please note - this applies to faulty products, and not accidental damage (e.g. dropping on a hard floor!)

How do I get a replacement?

In the unlikely event you have a problem with your device, just contact our friendly customer service team on [email protected].

You’ll need to return the item (we can cover a free delivery charge). If we are unable to diagnose and solve your issue, we’ll send you a replacement by Royal Mail First Class. It helps if you have your order number, but if not our team should be able to find your order using your email address.
