The Aspire Cyber G boasts eye-catching style and long-lasting power, with a futuristic transparent design and a battery that lasts up to 2 days between charges.

When you do need to recharge, rapid charging means you'll never be without your device for long. You can keep tabs on battery levels via the colour-coded LED indicator.

A super easy-to-use device, the Cyber G has auto power settings and uses fixed-coil pods. Simply fill and attach the pod, and replace it when the flavour starts to dull.

The Cyber G has a choice of 3 activation settings, allowing you to switch between inhale, button activated or both.

How do I change the firing mode on the Aspire Cyber G?

To change the activation mode, quickly press the power button 3 times until the corresponding light indicator shows.

Is the Aspire Cyber G a Mouth-to-Lung device?

Yes. The higher resistance coils in TG pods make it perfect for Mouth-to-Lung vaping. See MTL v DL for more information.

How long do Aspire TG pods last?

The key element to how long a pod lasts is the coil in the pod. This depends on a number of factors such as how frequently you inhale and how long you inhale.

However, you can maximise the life of the coil by allowing the e-liquid to soak in before using it for the first time, by using e-liquid with the correct VG:PG ratio and by keeping the pod topped up. With care, the pods should last several days before needing to be replaced.

Product Care

Follow these simple steps to get the most out of your vape kit.

  • For refillable devices, allow e-liquid to soak into the coil for at least five minutes before using the device.
  • Always keep some e‑liquid in the pod or tank to ensure the coil is saturated.
  • If using replaceable coils, push/screw them in firmly but don't over tighten.
  • For adjustable power devices, use recommended power settings for the coil or pod you are using (see box, coil or manual).
  • When device is switched on, only press fire button when inhaling. This prevents condensation build up in the pod or tank.

Battery advice

Do:

  • Use the correct charging equipment for your device (see below). Use of third party chargers may void your warranty. 
  • Charge batteries on a flat, hard surface.
  • Turn your device off when not in use.
  • Keep battery terminals clean. A quick swab with a cotton bud can improve performance and reliability.
  • Always keep some charge in your battery.

Don’t:

  • Use damaged batteries.
  • Leave charging batteries unattended.
  • Allow contact between your batteries and water.
  • Carry batteries in a pocket with coins or keys.
  • Expose batteries to sunlight, extreme heat or cold.
  • Allow batteries to go to zero charge.

Warranty

Charging Equipment

Your charger comes with a 12 month warranty.

Batteries

All mods and batteries are under warranty for three months.

Clearomiser / Tanks

All clearomisers (tanks) with the exception of CE5 clearomisers are under warranty for six months. CE5 clearomisers (tanks) are under warranty for one month.

Please note - these warranties do not apply to the coil within a clearomiser or tank which is a consumable product as below.

Coils

Coils are a consumable product, and as such, will be replaced only if faulty on arrival. Please let us know within 5 days of receipt if your new coil does not work.

What does your warranty mean?

We guarantee that your device is, and will remain, free from defects for the period of the warranty. Please note - this applies to faulty products, and not accidental damage (e.g. dropping on a hard floor!)

How do I get a replacement?

In the unlikely event you have a problem with your device, just contact our friendly customer service team on [email protected].

You’ll need to return the item (we can cover a free delivery charge). If we are unable to diagnose and solve your issue, we’ll send you a replacement by Royal Mail First Class. It helps if you have your order number, but if not our team should be able to find your order using your email address.
