Sleek, compact and simple with hardly any setup needed, there's no need to fiddle with settings with this single button device. Automatic output means the Flexus Q sets its own wattage based on the coil being used.

A choice of 2 firing modes means you can choose between manual firing using the power button or auto firing by simply inhaling on the mouthpiece.

Working with Flexus coils, the Flexus Q can be used for both Mouth-to-Lung or restricted Direct-Lung vaping depending on the coil used. (See more about these vape styles in the FAQs below.) An adjustable airflow slider on the side of the device also means you can further tailor your vape between airy or more restricted.

What e-liquid can you use with the Aspire Flexus Q?

The Flexus Q is best used with VG:PG 50:50 e-liquids and nicotine salts.

How long does the Flexus Q take to charge?

Your Flexus Q can reach 80% charge in 10 minutes.

Can I charge my Flexus Q overnight?

Lithium batteries should not be left unattended when charging. It is also important to use an appropriate charger, such as the Veho Plug Adaptor. For more information see our battery safety infographic.

Can you wash a Flexus Q pod?

Yes. Remove the pod from the device, remove the coil and empty out any e-liquid. Wash the pod out with warm (not boiling) water and ensure that it is fully dry before using it again. You can also clean the connections out with cotton to remove dust.

How long do Flexus AF coils last?

Coil life depends on many factors, including how long you puff for, the e-liquid you use and the wattage you use your coil at. Low resistance coils, which are used at higher wattages, will not last as long as high resistance coils.

You can extend coil life by:

  • Priming the coil before usage
  • Using e-liquid with the right VG:PG ratios
  • Not going above the recommended wattage
  • Topping up your tank so that the coil never dries out

With care, the included coil should last several days before needing to be replaced.

What is the difference between Mouth-to-Lung (MTL), Direct-Lung (DL) and restricted Direct-Lung (RDL) vaping?

In Mouth-to-Lung vaping you inhale vapour and hold it in your mouth for a moment before inhaling again for the vapour to reach your lungs. In Direct-Lung (DL) vaping you inhale in one continuous breath into your lungs.

With restricted Direct-Lung vaping, you inhale in the same way as DL, but you don't require as much airflow over the coil. The flavour experience is similar to DL, but the throat hit is more similar to MTL. See MTL v DL for more information.

Product Care

Follow these simple steps to get the most out of your vape kit.

  • For refillable devices, allow e-liquid to soak in for five minutes before using.
  • Keep some e‑liquid in the pod or tank at all times to ensure the coil is saturated.
  • If using replaceable coils, push/screw them in firmly but don't over tighten.
  • With adjustable power devices, use recommended power settings for the coil or pod you are using (see box, coil or manual).
  • When device is switched on, only press fire button when inhaling. This avoids condensation in the pod or tank.

Battery advice

Do:

  • Use the correct charging equipment for your device (see below).
  • Charge batteries on a flat, hard surface.
  • Turn your device off when not in use.
  • Keep battery terminals clean. A quick swab with a cotton bud can improve performance and reliability.
  • Keep some charge in your battery.

Don’t:

  • Use damaged batteries.
  • Leave charging batteries unattended.
  • Allow contact between your batteries and water.
  • Carry batteries in a pocket with coins or keys.
  • Expose your battery to sunlight, extreme heat or cold.
  • Allow battery to go to zero charge.

Warranty

Charging Equipment

Your charger comes with a 12 month warranty.

Batteries

All mods and batteries are under warranty for three months.

Clearomiser / Tanks

All clearomisers (tanks) with the exception of CE5 clearomisers are under warranty for six months. CE5 clearomisers (tanks) are under warranty for one month.

Please note - these warranties do not apply to the coil within a clearomiser or tank which is a consumable product as below.

Coils

Coils are a consumable product, and as such, will be replaced only if faulty on arrival. Please let us know within 5 days of receipt if your new coil does not work.

What does your warranty mean?

We guarantee that your device is, and will remain, free from defects for the period of the warranty. Please note - this applies to faulty products, and not accidental damage (e.g. dropping on a hard floor!)

How do I get a replacement?

In the unlikely event you have a problem with your device, just contact our friendly customer service team on [email protected].

You’ll need to return the item (we can cover a free delivery charge). If we are unable to diagnose and solve your issue, we’ll send you a replacement by Royal Mail First Class. It helps if you have your order number, but if not our team should be able to find your order using your email address.
