Alison Biography

With over a decade of industry experience, Alison was a perfect addition to the E-Cigarette Direct team when she joined us in 2021. In fact, having purchased her very first vape device from us in 2010, it seems meant to be! 

With a degree from Swansea University and previous roles as both Warehouse and Customer Service Assistant, she now brings her extensive knowledge to the role of Customer Service Supervisor. Helping customers with all kinds of queries as well as ensuring the team delivers excellent service, she enjoys “everything” about her role. As well as the latest vape products, the length of her experience means Alison has knowledge of older vape devices - something some of our older customers enjoy reminiscing with her about. 

A vaper for over 14 years, Alison is a fan of Mouth-to-Lung pod devices paired with freebase juice, but has recently started experimenting with nicotine salts. 

Outside of work, you’ll likely find Alison engrossed in a documentary, relaxing with a book, or travelling and exploring Europe whenever possible.
