Powerful, uninterrupted vaping

With 100W of adjustable output powered by a single replaceable battery, the Veynom EX provides powerful, uninterrupted vaping. When the battery runs low, it can be quickly swapped with charged replacements. 

Choose your mode

The Veynom EX boasts a choice of 6 modes catering to various preferences and experience levels. These include Auto, Watt, Voltage, Bypass, CPS or TC mode.

Device data and settings can be easily viewed and managed via a 0.96” TFT colour display. 

Rich flavour & vapour

The Veynom EX merges Aspire’s flavour-enhancing technology with a specially designed airflow system and efficient coil design for rich flavour and vapour production. 

Compatible BP coils come in a range of resistances to suit a choice of inhale styles, while an adjustable control allows you to precisely tailor your airflow to create a more airy or restricted vape style.

Compatible e-liquids & coils 

The Veynom EX works with Aspire BP coils and can be used with both high VG & VG:PG 50:50 e-liquids

  • 50:50: Use 0.6ohm or 1.0ohm BP coils (not included)
  • High VG: Use 0.3ohm or 0.15ohm (included), 0.17ohm or 0.4ohm (not included) BP coils

Product Care

Follow these simple steps to get the most out of your vape kit.

  • For refillable devices, allow e-liquid to soak in for five minutes before using.
  • Keep some e‑liquid in the pod or tank at all times to ensure the coil is saturated.
  • If using replaceable coils, push/screw them in firmly but don't over tighten.
  • With adjustable power devices, use recommended power settings for the coil or pod you are using (see box, coil or manual).
  • When device is switched on, only press fire button when inhaling. This avoids condensation in the pod or tank.

Battery advice

Do:

  • Use the correct charging equipment for your device (see below).
  • Charge batteries on a flat, hard surface.
  • Turn your device off when not in use.
  • Keep battery terminals clean. A quick swab with a cotton bud can improve performance and reliability.
  • Keep some charge in your battery.

Don’t:

  • Use damaged batteries.
  • Leave charging batteries unattended.
  • Allow contact between your batteries and water.
  • Carry batteries in a pocket with coins or keys.
  • Expose your battery to sunlight, extreme heat or cold.
  • Allow battery to go to zero charge.

Warranty

At E-Cigarette Direct we pride ourselves on providing you with superb after-sales support, and aim to provide rapid replacements for any faulty device under warranty. This page details the warranties you get with your device, and how to get a replacement.

Charging Equipment

Your charger comes with a 12 month warranty.

Batteries

All mods and batteries are under warranty for three months.

Clearomiser / Tanks

All clearomisers (tanks) with the exception of CE5 clearomisers are under warranty for six months. CE5 clearomisers (tanks) are under warranty for one month.

Please note - these warranties do not apply to the coil within a clearomiser or tank which is a consumable product as below.

Coils

Coils are a consumable product, and as such, will be replaced only if faulty on arrival. Please let us know within 5 days of receipt if your new coil does not work.

What does your warranty mean?

We guarantee that your device is, and will remain, free from defects for the period of the warranty. Please note - this applies to faulty products, and not accidental damage (e.g. dropping on a hard floor!)

What if the warranty has run out?

How do I get a replacement?

In the unlikely event you have a problem with your device, just contact our friendly customer service team on [email protected].

You’ll need to return the item (we can cover a free delivery charge). If we are unable to diagnose and solve your issue, we’ll send you a replacement by Royal Mail First Class. It helps if you have your order number, but if not our team should be able to find your order using your email address.
