Dawn joined us at E-Cigarette Direct in 2022, with previous customer service and management roles making her a perfect fit for the role of Customer Service Assistant. Tasked with advising customers and dealing with their queries, her favourite part of the role is her daily interactions with customers - particularly the funny stories she gets to hear! 

A long-time vaper herself, Dawn is a fan of MTL mod kits, paired with a fruity or dessert-flavoured nic salt. As a flavour chaser, she’s particularly fond of Vaporesso and Uwell devices. 

In her spare time, Dawn is a huge sports fan with her passion for F1 taking her around the world to attend races. At home, Dawn is a DIY queen and is currently working on making her own armchair. She’s also a big fan of quizzes with her specialist subject being… you’ve guessed it… sport!
