    Look and Feel

    Coming with rounded edges, the Dynamo fits neatly into your hand. But the stand out feature is the 2 inch, round TFT* display. As default this shows the time and date - handy if you don’t wear a watch. But touch the fire button and it comes alive with a bright and colourful display showing your essential vape set up info (power setting, power level, voltage and more.)

    Customisation

    One of the stand out features for us is how easy it is to the advanced features of this mod. In the past we’ve struggled through complicated controls, so it’s a delight to be able to navigate the customisation controls in this mod. (See below for instructions.)

    With a couple of clicks (all possible with one hand!) you can easily access wattage, voltage, bypass and temperature control modes and set the customisable power settings (soft, normal or hard). Even if you haven’t used these settings before, the ease of use makes it easy to dip your toes into customised vaping!

    Built in protections

    Who’s it for

    Although easy to use on the basic settings, this is really a mod designed for cloud chasers and for more experienced vapers who like to be able to customise their mod to get the perfect vape. The high power ranges mean this perfect for pairing with low resistance coils and tanks designed for clouds, while the customisation features allow superb control over your vape.

    External Batteries

    The Aspire Dynamo uses two external batteries. We recommend using the either Extreme Vaping 18650 batteries or Avatar 21700 batteries

    User Tips

    Turning on and off

    As with other Aspire devices, click five times to lock or unlock the device. To turn off the Dynamo, first lock the device and then hold the power button for two seconds. Press five times to turn the device back on.

    Locking power settings

    Locking the power button can avoid accidentally increasing the wattage and thus protects your coil. To lock, press the down and fire button together.

    Navigating through the modes

    Click up and fire button to select modes. Click fire button to enter modes. Use up and down button to click through modes, using the fire button to select the mode you want. Press up and down button together to exit menu.

    Changing wattage mode

    When you are in wattage mode, press the up and down buttons simultaneously to select the wattage mode (soft, normal, or hard).

    Changing TCR mode

    When in TCR mode, press the up and down buttons together to get to power and TCR settings. Press the fire button to switch between power and TCR settings, and the up and down buttons to adjust them. Please note that TCR settings can only be adjusted in the M modes.

    Charging Equipment

    Your charger comes with a 12 month warranty.

    Batteries

    All mods and batteries are under warranty for three months. 

    Clearomisers/Tanks

    All clearomisers (tanks) with the exception of CE5 clearomisers are under warranty for six months. CE5 clearomisers (tanks) are under warranty for one month.

    Please note - these warranties do not apply to the coil within a clearomiser or tank which is a consumable product as below.

    Coils

    Coils are a consumable product, and as such, will be replaced only if faulty on arrival. Please let us know within 5 days of receipt if your new coil does not work.

    What does your warranty mean?

    We guarantee that your device is, and will remain, free from defects for the period of the warranty. Please note - this applies to faulty products, and not accidental damage (e.g. dropping on a hard floor!)

    How do I get a replacement?

    In the unlikely event you have a problem with your device, just contact our friendly customer service team on [email protected]

    You’ll need to return the item (we can arrange pick up free of charge). If we are unable to diagnose and solve your issue, we’ll send you a replacement by Royal Mail First Class. It helps if you have your order number, but if not our team should be able to find your order using your email address.

    The Right and Wrong Ways to Treat Batteries!

    Following these simple steps can help you get the most out of your e-cigarette battery.

    Battery Safety Information

    Do:

    • Ensure you use the correct charging equipment for your e-cig (see below).
    • Charge batteries on a hard surface.
    • Turn your battery off when not in use.

    Don’t:

    • Use damaged batteries.
    • Leave charging batteries unattended.
    • Allow contact between your batteries and water.
    • Carry in a pocket with coins or keys. (The KBag is a great way to carry batteries securely and safely).
    • Expose your battery to sunlight, extreme heat or cold.

    Recommended Charging Equipment

    We recommend the Veho Plug Adaptor and the Nitecore Intelli charger (for external batteries). Both are high quality devices from a reputable manufacturer, have performed well in testing and have the right voltage output for e-cigs.

    Extending Your E-Cig Battery Life

    With regular usage, your e-cig battery will usually last for 3 months, although they can last longer. The following steps can help extend the life of your battery

    1. Cleaning your battery terminal. The most effective way to do this is to use a cotton swab soaked in alcohol, but you can also clean it with a tissue or a cotton swab. 
    2. Keeping your battery charged. Keeping some charge in your battery can extend your battery life, especially if you go for some time without using it.

Why do I have to prove my age?

To our website you look under 18.

So, as a responsible retailer, we need to check your age.

You'll only need to do this once and it takes less than a minute.

Our age verification system is quick and easy to complete. Simply enter your date of birth, and our system will use the information from your order to do the rest.

On rare occasions, you might find that you don’t succeed on first try. Don’t worry - our super-friendly customer service team is on hand to ensure that, as long as you are 18 or over, you can still get your vaping supplies!

Once you have confirmed your age we won’t usually need to check again. (Exceptions can occur, for example if you change your name).

(You can help us check your age by ensuring your name and address are spelt absolutely correctly in the order form :) )

How your data is used

We use as little data as possible. The only data that ECigaretteDirect keep is information needed to send your order, and your date of birth (so we only have to check once!)

Your age is checked using Experian, which will check the information you provide against information in existing records to confirm you are over 18. No credit check is performed but a record of the search will be visible to you on your credit report. This will not affect your ability to get credit.

Why do we check age?

As you may know, there has been some concern that under-18’s may try vaping.

This is against both our company policy and the law.

And as responsible retailers, we need to do everything we can to ensure that every customer is of legal age.
