After honing her skills in previous customer-facing roles, Maya joined ECD at our Carmarthen store before moving to our Head Office Customer Service team in 2021. 

Having vaped for over 7 years using all kinds of devices, Maya’s role entails using her expert knowledge to help our customers with everything from logistical queries to advice on how to get the best out of our products. 

An outside interest in gaming and technology also adds to Maya’s vaping knowledge - helping her understand the latest vaping tech and trends. 

As a  self-confessed cloud chaser, Maya can be found using higher-powered mods and experimenting with different nicotine-free e-liquids (particularly loving sweet and dessert flavours) to create the biggest, most flavourful clouds possible. 

Outside of ECD Maya’s creative side takes over - putting her Illustration degree and artistic talents to use in painting, designing realistic portrait tattoos and creating landscape dioramas.
