Joyetech eGo Air pods are fixed-coil, refillable pods for use with the eGo Air pod device.

Joyetech eGo Air pods are refillable and come with a convenient fixed coil that eliminates the need for fiddly coil changes. When the coil inside the pod reaches the end of its life you simply replace the whole pod.

The pods can be used with the original plastic drip tip or with eGo Air filters - which replicate the feel of a cigarette filter tip.

Compatible E-liquids

Joyetech eGo Air pods are recommended for use with VG:PG 50:50 e-liquids and nicotine salts.

How long do Joyetech eGo Air pods last?
 

The key element to how long a pod lasts is the coil in the pod. This depends on a number of factors such as how frequently you inhale and how long you inhale.

However, you can maximise the life of the coil by allowing the e-liquid to soak in before using it for the first time, by using e-liquid with the correct VG:PG ratio and by keeping the pod topped up. With care, the pods should last anything from several days to a week or more.

Product Care

All tanks & pods

  • Use the correct e-liquid for the coil/pod you are using - see recommended e-liquids on the product description page on E-Cigarette Direct.
  • Avoid filling the tank or pod above the fill line or to the very top.

Tanks & pods: Replaceable coil

  • When adding a new coil, ‘prime’ it first by allowing e-liquid to soak in for at least five minutes before use.
  • When device is switched on, only press fire button when inhaling. This prevents condensation build up in the pod or tank.
  • Push/screw coils in firmly but don’t over-tighten.
  • Use the correct power settings for the coil you are using. You will usually find this on your manual or on the coil itself.
  • Always keep some e-liquid in the pod or tank. The key here is to ensure the coil is saturated with e-liquid so it does not dry out. 
    When travelling on 

Tanks & pods: Fixed coil.

  • When using a new pod for the first time, allow e-liquid to soak in for five minutes before using. 
  • When device is switched on, only press fire button when inhaling. This avoids condensation in the pod or tank.
  • Keep some e-liquid in the pod at all times. The key here is to ensure the coil is covered with e-liquid so it does not dry out. 
  • When travelling on a plane, empty pods before use, as changes in air pressure can cause leakage. 

Keeping a tank or pod clean

Keep the mouthpiece clear, especially if you spend a lot of time doing outdoor activities such as gardening or if you find the airflow is affected. If you have a removable mouthpiece, remove and blow through it to clear it. You can further clean the mouthpiece by pushing some kitchen towel or a cotton bud through it.

Occasionally cleaning your tank can improve performance. To clean, first, remove all e-liquid from the tank. If you have a replaceable coil, remove it. Wash the tank using warm but not boiling water. Allow the tank to dry completely before using it again, as water can affect the quality of your vape.

Batteries

All mods and batteries are under warranty for three months.

Clearomiser / Tanks

All clearomisers (tanks) with the exception of CE5 clearomisers are under warranty for six months. CE5 clearomisers (tanks) are under warranty for one month.

Please note - these warranties do not apply to the coil within a clearomiser or tank which is a consumable product as below.

Coils

Coils are a consumable product, and as such, will be replaced only if faulty on arrival. Please let us know within 5 days of receipt if your new coil does not work.

What does your warranty mean?

We guarantee that your device is, and will remain, free from defects for the period of the warranty. Please note - this applies to faulty products, and not accidental damage (e.g. dropping on a hard floor!)

How do I get a replacement?

In the unlikely event you have a problem with your device, just contact our friendly customer service team on [email protected].

You’ll need to return the item (we can cover a free delivery charge). If we are unable to diagnose and solve your issue, we’ll send you a replacement by Royal Mail First Class. It helps if you have your order number, but if not our team should be able to find your order using your email address.
