    Pod systems are designed for use with either pre-filled or refillable pods. Pre-filled pods are ideal for people who prefer ease-of-use, while refillable pods are best for vapers who like to be able to use different e-liquids with their device.

    The Aspire Slym caters for both worlds by introducing a device which can be used with both pre-filled and refillable pods. It also makes it ideal for new vapers who want a fuss-free introduction to vaping but with the option to switch to refillable pods in the future.

    Pre-filled pods will include the highly rated Wick Liquor range.

    Who is the Aspire Slym Kit for?

    The Aspire Slym is suited for new vapers and for vapers who prefer an intuitive and easy-to-use device, as well as for people who prefer small, compact and low profile vape devices.

    What e-liquids should I use with the Aspire Slym?

    The Aspire Slym is best used with e-liquids with a VG:PG ratio of around 50:50. It is also great for use with nicotine salts.

    How long will the battery last?

    Battery life depends on usage and a heavy user will need to recharge more frequently than a light user. That said, the 1000 mAh battery, combined with the 1.2 Ω resistance coil and bypass power, will provide most vapers with more than a day of usage before needing recharging.

    What is bypass power?

    Bypass power delivers the full power of the battery to the coil without being moderated by the chipset. This means power output will be higher when the battery is fully charged and lower as the battery level drops. See Vaping Modes for more information.

    How long do Aspire Slym refillable pods last?

    The key element to how long a pod lasts is the coil in the pod. This depends on a number of factors such as how frequently you inhale and how long you inhale.

    You can maximise the life of the coil by allowing the e-liquid to soak in before using it for the first time, by using e-liquid with the correct VG:PG ratio and by keeping the pod topped up. With care, refillable Slym pods should last 1 - 4 weeks before needing replacing.

    Charging Equipment

    Your charger comes with a 12 month warranty.


    All mods and batteries are under warranty for three months. 


    All clearomisers (tanks) with the exception of CE5 clearomisers are under warranty for six months. CE5 clearomisers (tanks) are under warranty for one month.

    Please note - these warranties do not apply to the coil within a clearomiser or tank which is a consumable product as below.


    Coils are a consumable product, and as such, will be replaced only if faulty on arrival. Please let us know within 5 days of receipt if your new coil does not work.

    What does your warranty mean?

    We guarantee that your device is, and will remain, free from defects for the period of the warranty. Please note - this applies to faulty products, and not accidental damage (e.g. dropping on a hard floor!)

    What if the warranty has run out?

    How do I get a replacement?

    In the unlikely event you have a problem with your device, just contact our friendly customer service team on [email protected]

    You’ll need to return the item (we can arrange pick up free of charge). If we are unable to diagnose and solve your issue, we’ll send you a replacement by Royal Mail First Class. It helps if you have your order number, but if not our team should be able to find your order using your email address.

Why do I have to prove my age?

To our website you look under 18.

So, as a responsible retailer, we need to check your age.

You'll only need to do this once and it takes less than a minute.

Our age verification system is quick and easy to complete. Simply enter your date of birth, and our system will use the information from your order to do the rest.

On rare occasions, you might find that you don’t succeed on first try. Don’t worry - our super-friendly customer service team is on hand to ensure that, as long as you are 18 or over, you can still get your vaping supplies!

Once you have confirmed your age we won’t usually need to check again. (Exceptions can occur, for example if you change your name).

(You can help us check your age by ensuring your name and address are spelt absolutely correctly in the order form :) )

How your data is used

We use as little data as possible. The only data that ECigaretteDirect keep is information needed to send your order, and your date of birth (so we only have to check once!)

Your age is checked using Experian, which will check the information you provide against information in existing records to confirm you are over 18. No credit check is performed but a record of the search will be visible to you on your credit report. This will not affect your ability to get credit.

Why do we check age?

As you may know, there has been some concern that under-18’s may try vaping.

This is against both our company policy and the law.

And as responsible retailers, we need to do everything we can to ensure that every customer is of legal age.

How Secure is e-Cigarette Direct?

Your privacy is important to us, and your personal information should remain just that - personal.

See the little green lock in the search bar? That’s our security certificate (SSL or secure socket layer to be precise). It encrypts all the information you enter so that no-one else can see it.

Information you provide for age verification is sent securely to Experian and no details of the checks are stored in our system. Ever.
