The Smok Nfix PRO is a sleek, compact and easy-to-use pen-style pod device that easily fits in your pocket.

Single-button operation and no-fuss inhale firing make the Nfix PRO super easy to use.

The device improves on the original Nfix with more customisable features that allow you to further tailor your vape. A choice of coil resistances and the inclusion of an adjustable airflow toggle mean you can experiment with more airy or restricted inhales, different flavour intensities and vapour densities.

The device can output between 5 and 25W of adjustable power and features a 700mAh battery. USB-C fast charging means you never have to be without your device for long as the battery can be fully charged in just 70 minutes.

You can view and manage device data on the Nfix PRO's 0.69 OLED colour screen.

Compatible LP1 coils feature a mesh design for fast, even heating and rich flavour and can be changed in seconds thanks to their easy push-fit installation design.


This Smok Nfix PRO kit works with Smok LP1 coils and is recommended for use with VG:PG 50:50 e-liquids & nicotine salts.

What e-liquid can you use with the Smok Nfix PRO?

The Nfix PRO device is best used with regular VG:PG 50:50 e-liquids and nicotine salts.

Is the Smok Nfix PRO a Mouth-to-Lung device?

Yes. The higher resistance coils that work with the Nfix PRO make it perfect for Mouth-to-Lung vaping. See MTL v DL for more information.

How long does the Smok Nfix PRO take to charge?

Your Nfix PRO should reach full charge in around 70 minutes.

Can I charge my Smok Nfix PRO overnight?

Lithium batteries should not be left unattended when charging. It is also important to use an appropriate charger, such as the Veho Plug Adaptor. For more information see our battery safety infographic.

Can you wash a Smok Nfix PRO pod?

Yes. Remove the pod from the device, remove the coil and empty out any e-liquid. Wash the pod out with warm (not boiling) water and ensure that it is fully dry before using it again. You can also clean the connections out with cotton to remove dust.

How long do the coils last?

Coil life depends on many factors, including how long you puff for, the e-liquid you use and the wattage you use your coil at. Low resistance coils, which are used at higher wattages, will not last as long as high resistance coils.

You can extend coil life by:

  • Priming the coil before usage
  • Using e-liquid with the right VG:PG ratios
  • Not going above the recommended wattage
  • Topping up your tank so that the coil never dries out


With care, the included LP1 coils should last several days to a week or more before needing to be replaced.

Product Care

Follow these simple steps to get the most out of your vape kit.

  • For refillable devices, allow e-liquid to soak into the coil for at least five minutes before using the device.
  • Always keep some e‑liquid in the pod or tank to ensure the coil is saturated.
  • If using replaceable coils, push/screw them in firmly but don't over tighten.
  • For adjustable power devices, use recommended power settings for the coil or pod you are using (see box, coil or manual).
  • When device is switched on, only press fire button when inhaling. This prevents condensation build up in the pod or tank.
  • If using a refillable kit, use the correct e-liquid for the coil or pod you are using. See the product description for each kit for recommended e-liquid types
  • Avoid filling refillable pods or tanks above the fill line or to the very top.

Battery advice


  • Use the correct charging equipment for your device (see below). Use of third-party chargers may void your warranty. 
  • Charge batteries on a flat, hard surface.
  • if device comes with an on/off switch, turn off when not in use.
  • Keep battery terminals clean. A quick swab with a cotton bud can improve performance and reliability.
  • Always keep some charge in your battery.


  • Use damaged batteries.
  • Leave charging batteries unattended.
  • Allow contact between your batteries and water.
  • Carry batteries in a pocket/bag with coins or keys.
  • Expose batteries to sunlight, extreme heat or cold.
  • Allow batteries to go to zero charge.

Charging Equipment

Your charger comes with a 12 month warranty.


All mods and batteries are under warranty for three months.

Clearomiser / Tanks

All clearomisers (tanks) with the exception of CE5 clearomisers are under warranty for six months. CE5 clearomisers (tanks) are under warranty for one month.

Please note - these warranties do not apply to the coil within a clearomiser or tank which is a consumable product as below.


Coils are a consumable product, and as such, will be replaced only if faulty on arrival. Please let us know within 5 days of receipt if your new coil does not work.

What does your warranty mean?

We guarantee that your device is, and will remain, free from defects for the period of the warranty. Please note - this applies to faulty products, and not accidental damage (e.g. dropping on a hard floor!)

How do I get a replacement?

In the unlikely event you have a problem with your device, just contact our friendly customer service team on [email protected].

You’ll need to return the item (we can cover a free delivery charge). If we are unable to diagnose and solve your issue, we’ll send you a replacement by Royal Mail First Class. It helps if you have your order number, but if not our team should be able to find your order using your email address.
