The Novo Pro’s built-in 1300mAh battery provides long-lasting power for uninterrupted, all-day vaping between charges.

Easy power selection

The Novo Pro features up to 30W of adjustable output. The device’s self-adaptive power feature offers easy power setting by auto-selecting the optimum wattage for the pod being used. 

Device data including wattage, battery life and puff count is easily monitored via a 0.42” OLED display.  

No-fuss fixed coils 

Compatible Novo pods offer convenience with their fixed-coil design. Just fill and attach your pod and replace the whole pod when the coil inside reaches the end of its life. 

A conveniently-placed side filling port also allows for easy refilling without having to remove the pod from the device battery.

Inhale your way

With 30W of power paired with a range of compatible pod resistances, the Novo Pro provides a choice of Mouth-to-Lung (MTL) and Direct-Lung (DL) vaping styles.

You can further tailor your inhale via the Novo Pro’s sliding airflow control. Simply open or close the slider to create a more airy or restricted vape style. 

Compatible e-liquids & pods

The Novo Pro works with Smok Novo pods (included), Novo 2 & Novo 2X pods (sold separately) and is recommended for use with VG:PG 50:50 e-liquids.

Product Care

Follow these simple steps to get the most out of your vape kit.

  • For refillable devices, allow e-liquid to soak in for five minutes before using.
  • Keep some e‑liquid in the pod or tank at all times to ensure the coil is saturated.
  • If using replaceable coils, push/screw them in firmly but don't over tighten.
  • With adjustable power devices, use recommended power settings for the coil or pod you are using (see box, coil or manual).
  • When device is switched on, only press fire button when inhaling. This avoids condensation in the pod or tank.

Battery advice


  • Use the correct charging equipment for your device (see below).
  • Charge batteries on a flat, hard surface.
  • Turn your device off when not in use.
  • Keep battery terminals clean. A quick swab with a cotton bud can improve performance and reliability.
  • Keep some charge in your battery.


  • Use damaged batteries.
  • Leave charging batteries unattended.
  • Allow contact between your batteries and water.
  • Carry batteries in a pocket with coins or keys.
  • Expose your battery to sunlight, extreme heat or cold.
  • Allow battery to go to zero charge.

Charging Equipment

Your charger comes with a 12 month warranty.


All mods and batteries are under warranty for three months.

Clearomiser / Tanks

All clearomisers (tanks) with the exception of CE5 clearomisers are under warranty for six months. CE5 clearomisers (tanks) are under warranty for one month.

Please note - these warranties do not apply to the coil within a clearomiser or tank which is a consumable product as below.


Coils are a consumable product, and as such, will be replaced only if faulty on arrival. Please let us know within 5 days of receipt if your new coil does not work.

What does your warranty mean?

We guarantee that your device is, and will remain, free from defects for the period of the warranty. Please note - this applies to faulty products, and not accidental damage (e.g. dropping on a hard floor!)

What if the warranty has run out?

How do I get a replacement?

In the unlikely event you have a problem with your device, just contact our friendly customer service team on [email protected].

You’ll need to return the item (we can cover a free delivery charge). If we are unable to diagnose and solve your issue, we’ll send you a replacement by Royal Mail First Class. It helps if you have your order number, but if not our team should be able to find your order using your email address.
