Flavour Profile: Mixed berries & lime
A bold berry blend with a tangy twist, Pukka Juice Summer Fruits mixes a sweet berry medley with zesty lime. Despite its name, this is a fruity, flavourful vape juice that can be enjoyed year round!
This is a liquid for those who like a more subtle flavour as it isn’t as strong as the double concentrate ‘bar’ liquids that have become popular recently. It has a pleasant taste of strawberry, grape and raspberry.
Flavour profile: Berry, fruit & menthol
You’d be hard-pressed to find a vape juice brand that doesn’t have a fruit and menthol flavour amongst its e-liquids. But amongst the competition, Double Drip may have just perfected this kind of blend with Crystal Mist.
A blend of sweet and tart fruit flavours, perfectly chilled with a blast of menthol. This icy fruit cocktail will remind you of a fruit slushy drink and is perfect for all-day vaping.
Best menthol vape juices
Flavour profile: Menthol
Halo’s Menthol Blast provides a wave of icy, minty flavour and a smooth texture to create a refreshing vape you can enjoy all day long. In fact, it’s the go-to vape for both E-Cigarette Direct founders.
I’ve always been a fan of Halo juices. My favourite is Menthol Blast, as its pure, refreshing flavour is simply unmatched by any other menthol juice I’ve tried.
If you’re looking for menthol refreshment but with a sweeter, creamier flavour, it’s also worth checking out Halo Spearmint Breeze too!
Flavour profile: Menthol
If you’re a fan of the classic Imperial Mint sweets, then WizMix’s Brain Freeze is one to try.
A refreshing blend with a hint of sweetness, this 10ml e-liquid fuses cool menthol and ice mint for a crisp vape that will excite your taste buds.
Best fruit vape juices
Flavour profile: Banana and Menthol
Part of the disposable-inspired Elux Legend salts range, Banana Ice layers the smooth, sweet and creamy notes of tropical banana with a hint of cooling menthol. A must-try for fans of fruity, refreshing flavours.
A very strong banana flavour, sweet and not overpowered by the ice so can be vaped continuously without getting too much ‘throat freeze’. A good fit for the quality I expect from the Elux range.

Flavour profile: Mixed tropical fruit
Inspired by Elf Bar disposables, Elfliq nic salts are a great way to experience disposable-style flavour in refillable devices. Pineapple Mango Orange mixes a trio of exotic fruits to create a sweet, tangy and zesty blend packed with tropical taste.
This flavour reminds me of orange juice and I could easily vape it daily - it’s refreshing without having too much ice. I mainly taste orange on the inhale with mango notes added on the exhale. I didn’t pick up pineapple notes, but this could be due to orange and mango taking centre stage.

Flavour profile: Fruit & floral
The Aisu Tokyo Series has become a fast favourite thanks to its deep, complex flavours and pleasant aftertaste.
Aisu features an unusual ingredient rarely seen in vape juice, the light, floral flavour of hibiscus. Mix this with the deep, juicy taste of blackberries and you’ve got a sweet and unique blend.
Flavour profile: Fruit & plants/flowers
Fresh, fruity and floral, Ohm Boy’s Rhubarb Raspberry & Orange is ideal if you like fruit flavours with a twist. Mixing sweet raspberry with the floral flavour of the orange blossom plant, this e-liquid is then given a tart twist with the inclusion of rhubarb.
Rhubarb, Raspberry Orange is one of many stand-out flavours in the fantastic Ohm Boy Volume II range. Bursting with flavour but not overly sweet, it’s a real treat to vape.

Catering to vapers of all kinds, Bar Works’ disposable vape-inspired flavours can be enjoyed as both nicotine-free shortfills, or nicotine salts available in 3 strength options.
A standout from this range, Red Grape Ice is full of the crisp, juicy flavour of sweet red grapes and cooled with a blast of icy, minty menthol. A perfect all-day vape!
Flavour profile: Pineapple & coconut milk
Do you like Pina Coladas? Then this classic cocktail-inspired juice is for you! Elfliq Pina Colada contrasts the tangy, tropical taste of fresh pineapple with smooth, creamy coconut milk to create a perfectly balanced beverage blend.
I really like this e-liquid. It has the sweetness of pineapple on the inhale and the contrast of coconut on the exhale. A flavour that I could easily vape all day long.

Flavour profile: Tropical fruits
Doozy Vape Co. have a vast range of vape juices in plenty of different flavour types and their Tropikana blend is a popular choice for our customers.
As you may have guessed from the name - this is a tropical fruit blend that combines sweet mango and lychee while a layer of fresh pineapple brings a sharp, tangy edge.
Flavour profile: Mixed citrus fruit
Crystal Original Lemon and Lime is a bright nic salt blend that perfectly captures the zesty flavour of this classic citrus fruit combination. Available in 2 strength options, this disposable-inspired vape juice mixes juicy lemons with notes of fresh, zesty lime.
A straight Lemon & lime flavour on both the inhale and exhale. Very little to no ice/menthol. Due to the flavour not being too sweet, this is a nice, refreshing all-day vape.

An intriguing vape juice, this high VG shortfill layers rich tobacco with sweet caramel and spicy cinnamon to create a complex and exciting flavour combination.
Flavour profile: Tobacco with spicy & zesty notes
Halo’s Classic Virginia is a must for fans of hand-rolled tobacco flavours. This complex vape juice gives a rich tobacco base an aromatic edge with lighter spicy and zesty notes to create a flavour-filled blend perfect for those who like their tobacco with a twist.
Best beverage vape juice
Flavour profile: Spring water, citrus & ice
While you may think a water-flavoured vape juice would belong on our list of Bizarre E-liquid Flavours, Nasty Liq’s Mineral Water is a surprise hit! Perfect for all-day vaping, this unique juice features the taste of thirst-quenching mineral water complimented by zesty notes of lemon and a layer of ice for extra refreshment.
I tried this e-liquid out of pure curiosity… but I'm glad I did! The flavour isn’t as strong as most other bar juices but is still present and very nice. It’s a clean-tasting mix with a subtle blend of aloe vera, cucumber and a twist of lemon and lime.

How we selected these juices
To select these e-liquids, we used multiple points of reference. This included personal tasting, but while flavour is important it’s subjective and personal taste is not sufficient in itself. So we also looked at popularity and considered feedback from customers, vape shop staff and other vapers.
We also took quality and brand into consideration - looking at factors such as whether pharmaceutical-grade nicotine is used and whether the brand has a reputation for caring about its products.
What type of vape juice do you need?
It’s not just the flavour of a vape juice that is important - you also need to consider the type of juice you need, and whether it is right for you and the device you are using.
Here’s a short rundown of the types of vape juice and the factors you need to consider. For more in-depth information, check out our E-liquid Buying Guide.
Types of vape juice
10ml nicotine: These are standard e-liquids that come in a range of nicotine strengths. These are sold in 10ml bottles, as that’s the current maximum volume that can be sold with pre-mixed nicotine. Most come with VG:PG ratios of around 50:50 or 40:60, and are best used with low-mid powered devices and high-resistance coils.
Nicotine salts: These use the natural form of nicotine found in tobacco leaves to provide a smoother throat hit than standard 10mls and come in a range of strengths. Best used with low-mid powered devices and high-resistance coils.
Shortfills: Larger bottles of nicotine-free e-liquids (though they can be mixed with nic shots) with a high VG content and provide more dense vapour. Best used with high-powered devices and low-resistance coils. See our Shortfill Guide for more information.
Which VG:PG ratio do I need?
Vape juice come with different VG:PG ratios. The most common are VG:PG 50:50 and 70:30, but you can find everything from VG:PG 30:70 to 90:10.
High PG juices, such as those with a VG:PG ratio of 50:50 or 40:60, are better for a tight, restricted vape similar to smoking, while high VG juices (VG:PG ratios of 70:30 and above) are better for vapers who prefer an open, airy vape with lots of vapour.
See VG vs PG: A Vaper’s Guide for more in-depth information.
Which nicotine strength do I need?
Nicotine strength is displayed as either % or mg and in the UK can range from 0%/0mg (nicotine free) up to 20mg/2% (the maximum allowed under current regulations).
Nicotine strength is an important factor in choosing a vape juice, especially for those just switching from smoking. If your nicotine strength is not high enough it won’t adequately satisfy your cravings.
Studies show that using too low a nicotine strength is one of the biggest reasons some smokers fail to switch to vaping. While it’s important to try different nicotine strengths to see which is right for you, do remember that the harm from smoking comes from the smoke, not the nicotine, and avoid using a juice that is too low for your needs.
